Customer service staff telling me different things.
I asked if it was possible to self exclude from casino on live chat as this is possible with other bookmakers and 20 minutes later my account is restricted pending investigation. After I had said on numerous occasions I don’t have a gambling issue and if it isn’t possible, I want to keep my account open.
Before the closure I had placed football bets. Stakes £150 - Total get back 440, I was assured by customer services all placed bets would be settled and my I could make withdrawals. I was told I would be contacted over the weekend. Monday morning nothing. 2nd call to customer services, they tell me I can’t withdraw the balance on my account and I also can’t speak to a manger.
During the week and even on Friday when I lost money did I ring up moaning about saying I want my money back ....... No. Things should be fair.

Constantly having to send documentation to verify account ,am awaiting a £150 withdrawal ,wondered why money hadn't appeared in my pay Pal account after 3 days ,so contacted mansion bet and was told to photo my debit card and send to them ,I find this incredibly bizzar ,i have never had this with any other on line betting sites ,make me wonder if I ever get a big win will I get paid out all a bit worrying thinking of just giving up ,I mean what's the point in handing over all this money and getting nothing in return who's the mug here none other than me I think .

Tried to open an account only to be locked out before I could get into it. I had to contact them to find out what was wrong. Sent them required ID but was then told by another email that I would be excluded from bonuses and promotions - that's before I've even logged in never mind placed a bet! Next thing they want is a photo of me holding up my ID. Dread to think what it is like to make a withdrawal.

I have to say I was quite enjoying using this site until my recent experiences over the last few days. Firstly while playing blackjack on live casino I had a hand of 20 where I clear my clicked stand however I was dealt a card (clearly nobody would take a card on 20).
Then I had a balance in my account and without even placing a bet it disappeared.
When i raised this with them they advised me my balance was showing as a minus and there was a glitch that had occurred at their end.
3 days later and still not resolved. Scary you can have a balance which can turn to zero for no reason and they put it down to a glitch.
It's certainly made me think twice about how I use in future
