Made a mistake with a bet doing 3 doubles instead of 1 treble - called them to ask if they could kindly cancel it but told NO and I should be more careful next time.
Found the customer service team rude and abrupt.
Then the suspend my account and I have emailed in all my documents and still not heard back.
I have deposited around £200 and had a balance of £100 and open bets so I will not be letting this go at all.
I hope they can turn this around as I quite like the site and understand there will be some issues with service from time to time.
