"I ordered twice from Rainbow"

I ordered twice from Rainbow - day 2 and fit to fly.
The day 2 test was good - it arrived on time and I got the result correctly.
The fit to fly test didn't arrive until a few hours before the flight. I was forced to buy an on-the-spot quick-result test from another provider.
Hopefully I'll be able to use the Rainbow test, which I saved, on another trip.

We originally ordered our day 2,5,8 tests from a different company. Unfortunately our day 5 tests did not company. We ordered the tests from Rainbow and had a great experience.

There customer service team is highly responsive and incredibly pleasant to work with. Everything was as advertised and we got our results back very quickly. I cannot recommend them enough!

Received the results from day 2 PCR postal within 48 hours - also received the testing kit really quickly!

Good company easy to do a day 2 test with when purchased the locator form number is sent by email the kit arrived within a few days activated online once I arrived back in england test completed the result was sent by email will definately use this company again if needed

Terrible. They delivered the tests (no signature) which got probably stolen in my lobby. They did not accept to replace the kit and/or refund the proportional part corresponding to the service purchased. Result for me: no tests and £240 poorer. For them: £240 reacher, 100% profit.

The service I purchased is having a test result (which I will obviously never have) and not a testing kit. They could make a refund and keep the cost of the kit if they wanted to. That would have been acceptable for me. But no… they will just keep the money in full… no matter what.. opportunist at its best (or worst).

Don’t choose this service if you actually need the results on time. I only received the package with “Day 2” test in the afternoon of Day 3, and because it was Saturday afternoon, I guess the samples did not get through the post until mich later and my results only arrived on Day 8. Definitely not recommended, other services are more reliable and faster.

on their instructions they say that test has been activated but subsequently after phones calls i have to reactivate i am still waiting results from the 28 may
and the price has gone down ,do not use as they dont know what customer care is
