"Terrible Customer service. no response & test kit set is not complete"
I've ordered 3 set of 2nd & 8th day test kit for my family but only 1 set arrived. and the packaging are torn open.
I tried to contact them but no response.
The only time when they response is when I want to make payment earlier, then Kapoof~ gone.

"Rainbow Labs have been excellent"
Rainbow Labs have been excellent. Most of all they answer the phone when you have a question or need help. I called on Saturday and they answered. Prior to travelling I looked into several providers as we had ordered Day2 and Day8 tests and did not receive the kit from another provider. It’s important to call the provider you are ordering your tests from as many providers never answer the phone. Stay Clear of those providers because if you have an issue there is no one to speak to especially if you don't receive the tests. The customer service at Rainbow Labs is excellent and most importantly they will answer the phone if you have questions or need help.

"Excellent support line for trouble shooting"
Quick delivery of the test kits and very good support (by phone and email) in case a sending with the testkit doesn't arrive. We had a problem with Royal Mail delivering our 5-Day-Release Kit and Rainbow Labs promptly sent us another one by urgent delivery.

"I bought from this company and after…"
I bought from this company and after few hours they cancelled my order. I spoke with them, very polite the people there, they answered very quickly. They cancelled by mistake the order and they advised me to buy again but was to late because i bought from another company. They refunded my money in less then 24h and because they admitted was their mistake they send me a free test for day 5. Thank You very much, Your company deserve to make money and help people. I will buy from you when i need again!!
