To sum up, I returned from an amber country, hence I had to buy day 2 and the day 8 kits. I contacted a set of laboratories and rainbow lab was the most reactive. I thought that being reactive in answering emails would let them returning the results fastly. I was so naive. For the day 2, I had the results after 48 hours from the time when the sample was collected. For day 8, I am still waiting (it is the end of my 11th day of quarantine). Yesterday, they told me that I will receive the results during the night. Today they told me that I will receive them during the afternoon and I am still waiting. I am stuck because I am unable to get out before receiving these results, but the laboratory doesn't care, they take their time. Of course, we paid in advance, so the quality of the service is not such important for this kind of lab.
If you are reading this message, please never, never, ner do your test with this lab. It is really stressful.
The anecdote is when I asked the agent on the phone if this situation happens often, he told me never when I see that almost all the negative reviews are about the delay. It is really stressful to deal with this kind of lab.
