I have contacted Rainbow Labs for my doubts regarding the tests and delivery time.
To my surprise i received the response very quickly. Deepthi was helpful in resolving the doubts and i would recommend Rainbow labs.

What went wrong?
I booked the holiday package with them and they sent out only part of the order, quick call the lady who apologised and said she would send it out the next day by recorded delivery, it never turned up.
They advised me to check what happened with Royal mail, who apologised and said it has been lost in the post, they issued me a number to let Rainbow labs claim from them for the missing test.
Rainbow labs wouldn't help even with the number to contact Royal mail on. They wanted Royal mail to contact them directly which Royal mail won't do, that's why they game me the number.
After many calls to Rainbow labs each waiting on the phone for at least 40 minutes each time, when they did answer they said that I was breaking up/interference. Well, none of my other calls have that issue.
I was finally promised a refund, which still hasn't happened, they said I would have it in 10 days well that was nearly a month ago now.

No other communication from them at all, I've emailed, tried calling, nothing... now the phone doesn't even connect, just says number is busy.

I just want a refund for the test that I paid for that never came.

Great communication with Rainbow Labs. For some reason my email with test results didn't reach me but one email to them and all was quickly sorted out. Deepthi couldn't have been more helpful. Everything went like clock work. Rapid replies to communications. Good price comparatively. I would recommend them.

Shubhankar has been a great help! There had been slight delays to recive the test results (partly due to my own faux paus). Shubhankar has been a great help in making the process seem seemless.

Terrible company. I bought Fit to fly and when i received the test i realised that something was going wrong.
The test was completely different from the website and without any instructions. Online they were talking about wet process and with an activation code but in reality was a dry test. My flight was on Saturday and i sent the sample on Thursday. I received the results on Saturday after i lost my flight. The support from the center didn't know about the result and the time that needs.. AVOID using this company.
