The customer service in terms of response time is great, especially from Jannis, who replied in English each time. The issue, however, is the quality of the product. I ordered a €500.00 Scott mountain bike. It arrived quickly and in good condition. Within three months of casual use, however, the cassette and chain needed replacing. A mechanic concluded that the parts were defective. Lucky Bike was quick to pay for the repair costs, so all good, although the inconvenience was annoying. 3 months later, however, the derailleur and rear wheel stopped working properly, causing further issues. Two mechanics confirmed that the parts were defective as opposed to worn out. The need for a replacement was evidence itself of a defect. This time, however, Lucky Bike was not prepared to accept responsibility and I have had to pay the costs myself.

In short, be wary of the quality of the goods purchased, but do expect swift responses to issues raised. Next time I buy a mountain bike I will go to a local dealer.
