RUN from this corrupt company!!! They were absolutely awful to work with... didn't return my calls or texts.. showed up 24 hours late to pick up my parent's belongings and then tried to charge me more than $1000 more than what was agreed upon!!! AWFUL!!!!
Had a Quality Assurance Call three days prior to the confirmed move date they were supposed to arrive on, and THEY quoted to me all that my moving charge included which I documented carefully. When the movers FINALLY showed up, he tried to say that those items weren't included and wanted to add an extra thousands dollars. These movers then left and we were left to scramble to find another moving company to move my parents stuff. Such a nightmare. This company is dishonest, heartless, thugs and I don't know how they sleep at night. AWFUL!!! RUN from them!!!

"Terrible out right gangsters"

Terrible out right gangsters. Lies lies lies. So the quote I was given was for a full size 16 foot truck. When the movers arrived which was not the same company. Told me I only paid for 300 cubic ft. I had over 10000 cubic feet to move. I could've moved myself by renting a truck myself for the same price. All my boxes are smashed and stuff broke or ripped. Lost items not sure if my 200 dollars chair will arrive. I just can't explain the utter mess this has caused. Not professional. Thug behavior. Trying called many times. Left messages with not follow up.

IF YOU WANT TO BE GROSSLY UPCHARGED, ILL-ADVISED, ILL-INFORMED, WAIT 2WEEKS FOR ANY KIND OF UPDATE AFTER YOUR STUFF IS PICKED UP, THEN NEVER GET A CALL BACK AND GET HUNG UP ON MULTIPLE TIMES AND DISRESPECTED BY WAYNE ESPECIALLY, THEN THESE ARE YOUR PEOPLE. WAYNE WILL EDUCATE YOU ON YOUR EGO, THREATEN TO BLOCK YOUR NUMBER, AND EXPLAIN HOW HE DOESNT HAVE TO LISTEN TO YOU COMPLAIN EVEN THO THEY WERENT DOING THEIR JOBS OR ABLE TO PROVIDE ANY UPDATES FOR 2 WEEKS. I HAD TO CALL THE CARRIER MYSELF TO FIGURE THE REST OF THIS OUT WHICH I WAS ABLE TO DO IN A MATTER OF MINUTES BUT THEY COULDNT DO IN 2 WEEKS?? ALSO, YOU CANT GET A SUPERVISOR/MANAGEMENT ON THE PHONE BECAUSE THEY ARE ALL SUPERVISORS??? WHAT A SCAM!!!! WHEN I FINALLY GOT A "SUPERVISOR", MATT, ALL I COULD HEAR WAS SCREAMING PEOPLE IN THE BACKGROUND. SO I AM NOT THE ONLY MAD CUSTOMER. NOT TO MENTION THE TRUCK THEY SENT HAGGLED US FOR A TIP AND LAUGHED IN OUR FACES WHEN WE COULDNT PROVIDE ONE BECAUSE THEY DOUBLED OUR COST DEPSITE US PROVIDING A THOUROUGH LIST TO QA PRIOR TO THE TRUCK ARRIVING. THEY HIDE BEHIND PAPERWORK THEY DONT UPDATE OR TELL YOU THAT YOU NEED TO CHANGE AND RESIGN. THEY SAY ITS NOT THEIR FAULT IF THE ITEMS ARE OVERSIZED IN COMPARISON TO THE QUOTE. THEY UNDERQUOTE TO GET YOUR BUSIENSS AND RIP YOU OFF ONCE THE TRUCK IS LOADED. I AM DISGUSTED, ALL OF THESE EMPLOYEES SHOULD FEAR THE KARMA THEY ARE BRINGING UPON THEMSELVES BY WORKING FOR SUCH A CORRUPT "COMPANY". THE 5 STAR EXPERIENCE I WAS SOLD ON IS A COMPLETE LIE. THEY WILL NOT WORK WITH YOU, THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU. IT TOOK OVER 40 DAYS FOR OUR DELIVERY TO ARRIVE WHICH BROKE THE CONTRACT BUT THEY NEVER REFUNDED US OR MADE ANYTHING RIGHT. DO NOT BOOK HERE. "Absouletly a scam of a company"

Absouletly a scam of a company. They bait and switch, hire 3rd party movers who should be in jail and not in my home. I was quoted $4,500 and since I have never used a moving company I didn't know what the prices are. I was pressured (HARD) into putting a deposit to keep the current price. When they arrived they said it would be $12,000. I had to move out in a few days and didn't have time to find another company. They said they will leave if I don't pay and keep my $1,500 deposit. I was shocked!!

The movers who came were criminal. They broke a bunch of my stuff including my door. Yelled at me when I asked to be careful with my stuff. I asked them to put a small ramp so that they don't break my entry door and they threatened me and we almost got into a physical fight. This was AFTER they asked me to drive them to lunch so they don't have to take the big truck and PAY for their lunch. I did both to be nice in the hopes that they would take better care of my stuff but these people (from Kazahstan or Russia) have no souls. Absouletly disgusting behavior, swearing at me and threatening me, throwing things around, banging up my walls, AND then asked me for a 10% tip ($1,200) telling me that it's industry standard. The balls on these guys are incredible. They wouldn't leave my house for 20 minutes trying to bully me into tipping them. I told them absouletly NOT. I gave them $20 each and told them that's all my money and they continued to walk around my house for another 10 minutes and then got grumpy, yelled something amongst themsleves in Russian(?) and then slammed the door and left.

I was given no update, no nothing. I was told it would be 21 days to get my stuff to my new place. But that would be some other company beause they use all 3rd parites. This company is a broker who just hires other people. They don't have their own movers or anything.

I called other REPUTABLE all-service moving companies with the highest reviews and they all quoted me $8,000 - $10,000 for ALL SERVICE. (I had to pack everything and they just moved it in to the truck.) So PLEASE if you don't want to lose years of your life dealing with these criminals hire a reputable company and don't give these criminals another penny.

If you give af about you and your families personal belongings, DO NOT eff with this bs ass company that will literally rob you. I don’t know how these mfs are still in business. I’ve never been scammed before and that’s exactly what AMF will do to you. We were scheduled to have the movers come within a three day window and NO ONE showed up! So my wife and I have all of our kids stuff packed and need to be out of the apartment by the first and no one shows! What the eff?!! So then we had to rent a damn truck to load all of our stuff because we could not wait and take the chance that the movers would somehow show up because if our stuff was still in the old unit they would bill us for that months rent. AMF would have us on hold for 45 minutes to an hour, tell us someone from “dispatch” would call us but never did. We asked for this “dispatch” number so we could reach out ourselves and they refused to give the number. AMFs customer service after hour line is a damn bot. And one things for sure AMF, you messed with the wrong family. People please take heed to these reviews and better yet go to the BBB website and read the reviews for this dumb ass company.

Man, if I could give them no stars, I would. Listen to all the other negative reviews. The service of this community is straight up unacceptable. We were kept almost completely in dark during our two month move-which, we were told, would take no more than two weeks, one month tops. Staff we spoke with on the phone, including a supervisor, were rude, made false promises, and admitted they had no idea where our stuff was, and would even hang up on us. Once our things did arrive, we had items missing and damaged. We’ve now been trying to get refunds and they’re just completely unhelpful, of course. Don’t do it. We spent nearly $3000 on this move, and it was a complete waste of money with this company.

Worst company ever. Do not I repeat do not use this company. I contacted them to get a quote from move to Arizona to Georgia they gave me a very great quote but we’re very very pushy I’m making my deposit to hold my cost to move. After hanging up the phone I receive several calls afterwards in over a period of weeks receiving very pushy calls. I gave in and gave them the deposit because they told me that I would lose my very expensive cost to move. They would not take anything but Zelle. After they took my deposit they no longer communicated with me and then for unseen circumstances we have decided not to move so I no longer need their services and they are refusing to give me back my deposit because they said I did not comply with their cancellation policy of within 24 hours of paying my deposit. Who in their right mind has a 24 hour cancellation policy when you are moving? I have sent several emails several phone calls never a response just a denied and all they can say it was because I didn’t file within the 24 hours. They are a joke this is a joke they are robbers and I am going to continue to send emails and calls every day I’m seeking an attorney until I get my money back. DO NOT USE THEM.

Literally a scam. They start with a low estimate, then demand a deposit BY USING YOUR Account number and routing number! This is something you cannot cancel. You can't stop payment. Once you've paid deposit, they try to charge you double for the move. Rudest people on the phone. Don't give them the opportunity to rob you.

"Where is my stuff ?"

We moved from Texas to Delaware 12 days ago and we don't know anything about our stuff. My husband has called them several times but only can leave messages. Nobody call him back. Where is our stuff? This business is a complety scam.

Absolute nightmare dealing with AMF. It’s been total hell. They rescheduled my move 4 times with a repeated pattern of confirming a pick up date, then never showing up, and then rescheduling to repeat. And after getting upsold and charged $8k more than my estimated price and leaving me desperate and with no options than to pay, and received my household a week later with 2/3 of the contents damaged, smashed, and dented. Rent yourself a truck and forget about these brokers. AMF takes no responsibility for anything but has no problem taking your upfront deposit with no guarantee of your reserved dates and in fact knowingly aware that the probably of securing a truck fir that date being remotely possible. Stay away.
