"Inaccurate records, no amdendments to the raised disputes"
I have been registered for electrol roll. However in my report, transunion shows this as UNREGISTERED. i have raised dispute two times. First time they have replied with a request of proof which I have sent but they never got back to me. Second time, I raised a dispute again and still they havent amended. I think transunion is not aware that they are seriously affecting people's lives. Not just that though, other things are missing or not accurate as well. They cannot be even compared to Experian, which updates their records regularly and almost 100% accurate !! Transunion, if you cannot do this job accurately, please dont do because it is affecting people's life a lot !!

"Incorrect data for 5 years."
I raised a dispute regarding a supplier listed on my credit report who I had not had ANY services or products from. The false listing on my credit report had gone on for 5 years (yes 5 years) and I subsequently received a message from TransUnion that my dispute "has been unsuccessful". So I contacted the company stated as a supplier to me and they apologized that the data was totally incorrect and has removed it. Took 15 minutes to resolve. Hopefully my credit report will be corrected accordingly, not holding my breath though. So much for so called experts.

Transunion certainly deserve their terrible ratings they hold bad information and make no effort to correct it when you raise a dispute, their dispute process is worth nothing companies like this should be shut down.

"An absolutely hideous and inflexible company…"
An absolutely hideous and inflexible company - I have raised a dispute 3 times now because they record on my credit report that I'm not registered on my local Electoral Roll. I was registered back in June 2021 and have gone back to my local council and got evidence - a headed, dated and addressed letter confirming that I am "already registered and you don't need to do anything else". Transunion have again rejected my dispute a third time, and told me it needs to have the date I was registered on, because apparently me telling them the exact date back in June is not good enough - I'm a liar and they need that confirmed from the source. Why don't they just look at the Electoral Roll themselves and see that I'm on there - it's an open register - instead of making customers bend over backwards? I've never had to do this for any previous address, or credit agency. I am not going back AGAIN to my local council for more proof, this is a joke.
On a side note, I would like to apologise to the guy on the phone that I swore at, that was not cool - but I am incredibly tired of this issue, and found the whole thing to be very unhelpful. We were just going around in circles, him asking for proof, me saying that I've provided it etc. and I reached the end of my tether.

"Terrible customer service"
Have e -mailed this company twice in the last week with a query. Not even an acknowledgement never mind a reply. Find it hard to believe that providers can use them for credit scores.Terrible customer service.

"One hour and 45 minutes on hold without…"
One hour and 45 minutes on hold without a response. I hope to never hear Jason Mraz, Jack Johnson or Ben Howard ever again. It's a special kind of torture to hear these three on repeat for this length of time without anyone picking up the phone. I was a little sick in my mouth each time Jason Mraz told me he was going to "nibble my ear". Woeful service from this company.

"A useless company that shouldn't exist."
I have started questioning why a company like TransUnion is permitted to operate in the UK. They are useless and don't take any precautions to generate customers' credit files.
They have accidentally merged my credit file with someone and this person has defaulted account on his credit file which is affecting my credit rating. I have made several attempts for them to correct this mistake but they keep sending me unsuccessful resolution emails.
They are the only Credit reference company in the UK to have made that mistake on my credit file. I have checked with Experian, Equifax, and Crediva. They all got my information right except TransUnion.
This company is useless and shouldn't be allowed to operate in the UK.

"Joke"
Well, I would like to know why my TU credit score is considered as very poor, whilst in other CRA is above average?
I tried to apply for a financing with Barclays and the only negative factor was TransUnion report. I can’t find any missed payments either credit card utilization is not on high level, this company is a joke!!
