"POOR customer service"
I came to this site to seek direction for resolution of my recent issues and experience with Fluent. I see that so many people have had the same exceptionally poor "after the sale" experience as I have had. I also note that Fluent's laughable recycled response to those who have had less than good experiences is, "Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We are saddened to hear of the issues you encountered with our service and we understand your frustration. We would like to take this opportunity to apologize for any inconvenience caused by the delay in resolving your issues. We take your concerns seriously and would like to investigate further. We encourage you to reach out to us at (855) 238-4826 to discuss your concerns and see what we can do to make things right. Thank you for your feedback." And then, with plenty of time and patience, one can maybe get a live person on the phone. Typically, the situation has either escalated or been solved out of necessity while one waits to get through to a "customer service" representative who then passes the buck to another department. And it's back to square one. Very frustrating. Thank goodness for local Better Business Bureaus. There, locally, I was able to get a person on the phone who was able to provide me with resources for action. Onward and upward, folks. You will be wise to choose a different company for your security system needs.
