"The void cheque I provided at sign up…"
The void cheque I provided at sign up was used to defraud me. Despite providing proof of the fraud I was only offered 6 months of free service, and was told I have to pay the remaining 2.5 years of my contact. I went to cancel at the end of 3 years and now told that my contract is not up for another 2 years. The equipment does not work and customer service told me that the equipment on average lasts 4 years and if I wanted it replaced I would have to pay for it. Despicable business practices.

Wow what a great company from the sales department to the field technicians. Sean in sales is amazing and to make the company more solid, they have super useful field techs too. He answered all my questions, not to mention I didn’t have many. The system is that easy to use, but the technology is bar none. Thank you so much Fluent. Finally a company that has it all around. Technology, innovation, training, and real customer service with people who genuinely care to help. I wish i could give you 10 stars!

"At Last Setting up technician installation"
On July 13, 2023 Fluent mailed four items a recessed door contact, a microSDXC UHS-1 card, 2GIG battery and an indoor camera. On 7-24, when I opened the box I noticed the camera was incorrect as I needed an outdoor WiFi camera. I called Fluent that day about the error, the person canceled my 7-28 appointment and mailed the new one 7-25. I was delayed in setting up a new appointment as I helped out with caring for a newborn grandchild for a month. Today I set up my technician appointment for installation. I gave my availability times and she set it up for 9-7.
