"Horrible horrible horrible"
Horrible horrible horrible, this company is just awful. While we were using this service the product we purchased from them stopped working properly. They had changed names recently so we were told that we would have to pay hundreds of dollars to get the thing working properly as it was "not their product". When cancelling with them it took over 5 months, we submitted the cancellation and were told we needed to send a written and signed letter, we did this, cancellation was confirmed and we removed the payment card as of the cancellation date. We continued to receive invoices for 5 months after this date. Calling was useless as they did not answer calls or return messages. Email was not much better either. Find a different company because this one is awful.

Awful company. I called to cancel months ago and was told I have to email in a handwritten and signed letter. Did that back in May, they responded saying that they approved my request to cancel. I called and paid off the remainder of the contract and took my card off file. Contract was supposed to have ended in July, but they are billing me for September. I have tried calling multiple times but I am forced to leave a voicemail and they never call back.

I have called several times do deal with issues with my system. Every time I call I ask, when is my contract over. July 2024 is their answer. I asked if my card would be charged after that date….their answer was no. August 2024, card is charged. I called the API billing department 4 times and left messages. No return call. I called and selected sales so I could speak to a human. The fella said that the contract goes month to month after the contact date and you need to contact the cancellation department. I was on hold for over an hour!!! The tricky part is I took over this contract from the previous owner of my home. Now I’m stuck with it. They have lied to me over and over. It’s awful. And to the person stuck reading all these complaints that add a comment to call in so we can work it out!!! If they can’t work it out now….how are you going to fix it after I complain on a public forum. Do I have to wait on hold for yet another hour+.

Absolute worst company. The sensors, cameras and garage door opener always had some sort of issues. Nothing has ever worked properly.
We have been in a contract for the last 5 years, which is a complete joke because we were under the understanding that it was a 2 year contract and when we tried to get out then, we were told we would have to pay for the remaining 3 years… unbelievable.
So we waited out the final 3 years and now trying to cancel and it’s been a nightmare. The “customer service” in the resolution/canceling department are extremely rude and unprofessional. Steer clear of this company.

Poor service. Days to respond. Contract cancelled in 2023 to end may 2024 and still billed for June and July. Parts were faulty and Fluent stated we had to pay to replace their faulty parts. Run from this company!! As a Police officer I do not recommend this company to protect your home or your family.

Still no response from calls. Do not waste time calling or sending emails. They are never going to get back to you. Wonder how they are even still allowed to conduct business. Dating back from August first.
