Absolute appalling serving - never known anything like it.
We ordered garden slabs at the end of august with an estimated delivery date of 7-10 working days. 10 working days had passed so I messaged them asking for an update. Was told there was a “logistical delay”. I kept messaging them every week for over 2 months to be told the exact same excuse. I asked if I could be given at least an estimation of when we could expect our slabs to arrive, only to be told “I don’t want to give you an answer and it be wrong”. WHAT IS GOING ON?!?
Slabs still hadn’t arrived by October 11th so I messaged them again and was met with the same rubbish excuse.
I then requested a refund as quite frankly I was fed up of waiting. I was told refund can take up to 14 days to be received. SHOCK - I never received this refund after 14 days, so I messaged them and they said they will “chase their accounts team and get back to me”. Of course no one got back to me, so I chased again a week later. Luckily I paid via PayPal so submitted a case against this company and PayPal have issued my refund.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I can’t believe they are allowing people to purchase slabs from their website knowing full well they won’t be delivering them. Absolutely disgusting. Please don’t reply to this as I don’t want to hear anymore of your excuses.

"No refund given on product that wasn't shipped"
I bought product online which was not in stock and therefore wasn't shipped. After 10 days I cancelled the order as there hadn't been any updates. I was told a refund would be issued. After 2 weeks no refund had come. It is now 6 weeks since the order was cancelled and no refund has come due to Paving Superstore having an 'issue'.
Whatever you do, do not use this company as they are 100% unreliable.

AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!!! Scammers!! They take your money and don’t deliver the goods. Still trying to get a refund 6 weeks after placing the order. Please DO NOT send any money to these people. I keep phoning and being told the refund has been processed and was told I could have it in writing, which I’m still waiting for. Save yourself the hassle and buy from a reputable company and not these cowboy scammers!! You only need to read everyone else’s bad reviews as well as mine to see that this company cons people out of money!!

I bought Paving Superstore's 'Select' range which is their own. l had a look around online and could not find anything close for price, S0 I went for it. Glad I did as although it was delayed, it was fantastic quality. :)))

"Ordered a month ago, still no sight"
A month ago, we set up a trade account with this company and paid up front for our first order of paving slabs. There's still no delivery date and, at the time of our order, there was absolutely no indication of this horrendous delay, or we would NOT have ordered. I can't run a company like this! I've cancelled our order and they cheekily tell me they will refund in 14 days and then it takes 3 to 5 days for the bank to issue the money. No, it does not in the 21st Century! and they have no right to take 14 days to give me my money back! I've cancelled our trade account and demanded the refund now. Some hope! Keep away, there's plenty of decent competition out there.

Horrible experience at the point I am thinking the company is not even real.
We ordered paving blocks that were labelled as '7-10 days' delivery, payed with bank transfer (almost 3k!!) to then discover they were not available and the delivery date was non existent. Since then I am asking for a refund but after many calls (being promised a call back or being told that the 'accounting team' is off-sick, we haven't received any refund yet. It is beyond appalling and this company (if it is one) should be avoided to trade.
UPDATE: when I was chasing for refund the MD got frustrated telling me they were still in the 14 days of contract terms for refunding. So I left them alone. Guess what , the 14 days have now passed , no re-fund given and no response to any of my emails. I am genuinely wondering what company this is.
UPDATE: more time passed (almost a month), endless emails, texts on the Facebook channel, calls and no progress/no response. I think this is a planned behaviour to retain Customer cash. I am lawyering up/contacting a credit collection company.

They do not even deserve one star.
No one answers the phones, and like so many other reviews they do not deliver when they say and have blamed it on a courier. No courier is 3 weeks late. I will be speaking to trading standards, as they are braking agreements.

If I could give negative stars I would! Company failed to give a delivery timeline, even after 3 weeks after receiving order but still advertising next day delivery on site. This was apparently due to their 'delivery system going down'.
Cancelled order for a refund and 4 weeks (+5days) later not refund issued. This was apparently due to their 'issues with payment system'.
Had to dispute the with credit card provider to get refund.
They should look at giving accurate estimates of deliveries on the site. And stop lying customers about systems failing.

DO NOT order from this company. Placed an order for paving slabs on the 18th September paid £421.00 for delivery on the16th October. Received an email on the 13th October to say slabs will not be delivered, could not give me a delivery date and stated that delivery could be anytime in the next few weeks. Cancelled the order and received an email confirmation to say the monies paid would be refunded within 14 days. This hasn’t happened and have now been told they are experiencing issues with their payment system!!!! and we have had no choice but to raise this issue as a claim with PayPal. This company is terrible you can never get hold of anyone and they do not respond to emails.

Do not buy from this company. I placed an order in July, was emailed to say delivery company had gone into receivership. Still waiting for my order to be delivered, 2nd November. I havd left several phone messages on an answerphone which have gone unanswered. I've asked twice for a refund but no response.
Extremely disappointed as my first order a couple of years ago was delivered prompwith great communication.
