"Terrifyingly bad"
2.5 months since I placed the order. 18 days since I finally saw through the constant excuses for non delivery and requested a refund. Now I must get Klarna and the credit card company involved. What a waste of time, just cancel the order when the customer asks you to do so.
Apparently in paving superstore land Refunds can take up to 14 days to process, although accounts try to get them processed quicker, and then the banking systems usually takes 3-5 working days.

"Slabs not received and waiting for refund!"
Placed an order for patio slabs on 1st Aug, chased constantly as no delivery received. Finally gave up on them and requested a refund on 4th September and still waiting for my money to be refunded. Been told today that refund was issued last week but there is a problem as they had changed card processors and that I should receive refund by middle of next week!
Placed an order with a different company and patio slabs received a week later and now laid.
Just want my money back!!!
Also made the same review on their Facebook and Instagram page and they have blocked me!!

No proof of refund has been received and
I have not been advised to contact my card provider. Ben from accounts has said that he would “keep an eye on this and provide a better idea of when it will be processed if he could”
I have now contacted my card supplier and they have said as soon as the merchant submits the refund they will post the refund within the next 24 hours so this issue is you not them.
With regards to the Facebook posts, it was posted several times as I don’t seem to be getting anywhere in getting my refund which seems to have gotten your attention, but now being blocked doesn’t let your Facebook followers know what an awful experience I, along with others are experiencing with your company!
Update - Refund finally received 21 days from when requested!!

"Don’t use this company EVER"
Don’t use this company. They won’t send you the items, then they will lie and say they have sent refunds but they never do. They even lie over the phone! Avoid at all costs. Don’t believe the below, I have had no refund!! They gaslight you constantly to extend the time so they cannot be investigated by the bank. This is apparently the manager replying to all the trustpilot comments, he is a liar!
Updated to add that the only way I have got my money back is to report it fraudulent with my bank and they have stepped in to investigate. I would advise anyone else in a similar position to do this. The company are an absolute disgusting bunch of liars

"Do not use this company... no delivery and no refund"
AVOID at all costs! I've very rarely left a review for any company however Paving Superstore have to be the worst company I've ever dealt with. Ordered in July and same as other reviews we kept getting pushed back with no delivery dates given, after 6 weeks order was cancelled and promised refund but this hasn't come through either and the just keep giving excuses.

Cancelled our order as we could not wait any longer. We were promised a refund within 14 days which is now approx 20 days and we still dont have our money back.
Lady on the phone said it has been processed but i have not received it.

"No transport, poor comms, uncertain refund"
I ordered black limestone slabs from Paving Superstore on a 7-10 day lead-time. After 14 days I contacted them to say I hadn't received a delivery date. They said that they had stock but couldn't arrange transport to me (I live in the Midlands, 1m away from the A50). They continued to not be able to provide a delivery date until 5 1/2 weeks after my order date, at which point I asked to cancel and receive a refund. Its difficult to believe a company specialising in selling and delivering heavy materials can't arrange delivery of their products over this time period. In every case I needed to pursue them for an update, as they never provided one proactively. They agreed to a refund but stated it would take up to 14 days processing time plus 5 days bank processing time to issue a refund. In these circumstances (now being uncertain if I'll actually receive a refund) I've needed to go to the hassle of asking my credit card company to pursue a refund from them. I'd very much stay away from them.

Ordered porcelain slabs. They weren’t delivered in the time specified. Gave the delay excuse. I cancelled the order with them and was told they would pass to the accounts department to refund me. Nothing. I rang them and later got an email to say my money had been refunded a few days earlier. The refund was never received , despite several phone calls to them enquiring about the refund. Absolute total liars. Money eventually recovered from credit card company.

"Worst experience with a company ever!"
I've had the same experience as many other people here and it's the same old story....said delivery would be within 2 weeks, constant phone calls, so many excuses, when I pressed them on the issue they claimed their haulage company had gone into administration (at the start of the year!) so they lie from the very beginning taking your money and knowing full well they can't deliver in the timeframe. I'm sure the "logistical problems" are just a lie as well! I don't believe a word that comes out of their mouths....
I finally cancelled my order and after so much time wasted phoning them every day I finally got through to their "accounts" person last week. I'm STILL waiting for a refund. I've just spoken to them again and now he's not answering his phone. Go figure.
This is the worst company I have ever dealt with and I really wish I'd looked at some reviews before going ahead.

"Wow nobody order from this company…"
Wow nobody order from this company seriously. i ordered - Talasey_Porcelain 'Vitripiazza Bellezza Lite' Riva-PAVING SLABS, 600x600-16mm (28.08sqm) on the 24/6/23 it is now the 10/09/23 and have still not received item. I have been in contact with them four times as you cannot get through to them by phone or even by email. when i finally got through to them all they said was we are sorry for the delays you will be contacted next week to pick your delivery date never heard anything else. They recon it is due to a company going bust they used for delivery's which is complete rubbish as there are many other company's within the uk that could have delivered these item at least within 2 weeks. This company is by far one of the worst i have dealt with might as well just be a scam site.

"Over promised and under delivered"
Placed an order for quarry tiles and paid in full. Called them to get an indication of when they would be delivered and was told 'early next week' and that someone would be in touch to confirm. No call back, so tried again later in the week and was told the same thing. No one called me back so I chased again the following week and spoke to someone who said that we should not have been promised an earlier delivery and we would not be getting our tiles that week and they would call back to confirm when we might actually get our order. No call back (it's like groundhog day this isn't it?) so I emailed them to ask what was going on and I get the same yarn they've been spinning to others for weeks about a haulier going bust. Advised me that I can cancel the order and get a refund. Given the poor customer service, I agreed to the refund. Apparently it will take up to 14 days for their accounts team to process a refund and a further 3-5 days on top of that because of the 'banking system'. Note to Paving Superstore: don't take customers' cash if you can't honour their orders and don't tell fibs about delivery dates.
Edit: 3rd of October and no sign of my refund.
Edit 2: 15 October and still no refund. Dishonest company to be avoided.
