"No communication after order was placed…"
No communication after order was placed apart from usual email. Chased delivery after 7 days and was advised delivery within the next 5 days, that didnt happen. Then chased again and delivery made a further 5 days later. Just said they were busy... Once arrived, happy with product and delivery company very helpful. Needs some better customer service, long wait on hold to speak to as well.

"Don't waste your time."
tldr: Don't bother wasting your time, try and find a local supplier you can go and talk to rather than buying online. I learnt my lesson the hard way.
I had to order over the phone as I needed to split a pack/crate. Not a problem. Your experience may or may not differ for items placed via their website.
12/03/2021: When placing the order I asked what the expected delivery time was as I needed the items within the coming fortnight. Was advised that "worst case" was about the 10 working day mark. Again, not too much of a problem, I could just about make that work, especially if it was the "worst case" scenario. I was told to expect an email containing T&C I had to accept, once accepted I would then receive an invoice email that would need to be paid for my order to be processed. (This was a 15 minute phone call) I Received the T&Cs, accepted, but no invoice.
15/03/2021: I had to ring the to ask where my invoice was, the agent then has to manually send it to me, as it hadn't been actually sent the previous day. Invoice paid no problem. (56 minute's on the phone)
22/03/2021: I have still not heard anything with regards to the delivery. I ring again; This time the customer service agent asks to put me on hold while she chases the manufacturer. After coming off hold she said she would call me back later that day as the person she needed to speak to was not currently available. (20 minute phone call). Lo and behold I actually got a call back, where I was advised the manufacturer needed to move some stock about to fulfil my order, then they would need to manually split the pack before being able to dispatch my order, but it should be dispatched within a few days. If Its possible to add a couple more of the same items to my order, as its not been processed/packed yet, get told not a problem and they will send me a new invoice for the outstanding balance.
23/03/2021: I receive the invoice and pay the outstanding balance for the extra items.
26/03/2021: I have still not heard anything about a delivery, despite being told I should have heard something by now. Customer Service agent attempts to ring the manufacturer again, get told that the person isn't available, and If they could call back first thing the following working day (Monday 29th). No problem. (1 hour 27 minute phone call)
29/03/2021: No call back. I call again at the end of the day, ask again where my items are. Ask to be put on hold while the speak with the manufacturer. Get told the same thing I was told the previous week, my items are moving from one yard to another, and they should be with paving superstore for dispatch the following day, for delivery on Thursday 1st April. I tell them this isn't acceptable as I've been told the same thing for the last week, and that I needed my items last week. Was told they they would do what they could to get my items delivered on 31st March. (1 hour 9 minute phone call)
Its now the 6th April, Im still yet to hear anything about my delivery, and my labourer has left the site, so I will need to rearrange for my labourer to come and finish the job.
While I appreciate the customer service agents are trying to keep customers happy, giving me unrealistic delivery times has lead me to me wasting three weeks and an absolutely stupid amount of time on the phone waiting to get through to someone. Don't bother wasting your time, try and find a local supplier you can go and talk to rather than buying online. I learnt my lesson the hard way.

Good range of porcelain outdoor tiles. Arrived on time with no issues. Have laid about a 1/3 patio looks great.

Product ordered online and paid a fee for delivery. It did not arrive why because it was not in stock, did it state this when ordered NO!!
Yes we did receive the stone circle 26th March 2021 2 weeks after original date and yes you did inform me that delivery would be 2 to 3 weeks late but only after I emailed you. We have the goods end of story

The flags were as described on the website and when they arrived they were so well packed to prevent damage in transit that none of them were broken on arrival. The delivery team were excellent and dropped them exactly were I had requested in the delivery details. I purchased VitriPiazza paving ang the quality of the product is top class.

Great product at a great price best on the web delivery was spot as requested no issues whats so ever they turned up double wrapped for protection and corner protection on the tiles aswell, spot on.

The arranged delivery date was missed even though I had paid extra for a before 12 am delivery, I understand that at the present time delivery's can be missed because of the covid situation but the lack off any call or email to inform me of a problem was inexcusable, although the delivery was reschedule for the following day a Saturday, I had still lost a days money waiting at home, no offer of returning my money for the am booking was made which considering the situation I found very disappointing,
However I must say that the actual delivery was very good.

What can I say, excellent service and fantastic products. I did a lot of research online and finally found paving superstore and I’m so glad I did. From ordering to delivery it was so easy, I was kept up to date with my order (when I ordered my paving stones were on back order) and then when they were ready I was asked what day I’d like them delivered. The day of delivery I received a phone call to say they were on their way and they delivered right out side my house. I had plenty of time to have a quick look through and check the slabs.
