"DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!"
Absolutely unprofessional - DO NOT USE! Whilst online chat to enquire about stock for next day delivery, I was informed by the Managing Director that the item I had selected was incorrect on their website and thanked me for pointing this out. Selected a different product on the 25.03.21 whilst paying postage for a specified delivery date (31.03.21). Received an email on the 29.03.21 to state the item was out of stock, so I called waiting for over an hour to be told I needed to pay an addition £44.00 for the next choice. Come the 31.03.21 I watched the tracking which did not change throughout the day, called again with no success. Chatted to the MD to be told the weight was too high so they left my delivery. It would be delivered on the 01.04.21. 01.04.21 delivery did not move from Essex again, so called them and chatted to the MD online for her to tell me there had been a fire in Oxford so they could not deliver! I know, you could be mistaken for watching a soap opera! £1220.12 later to be told I will have to wait 14 days under section 75 and I am threatening and rude! Do not line their pockets with your hard earned cash. I wish I had checked the reviews before I ordered - Hindsight is a wonderful thing. ADDITIONAL: No mention of medical supplies or groceries within your chat or call I had at all. I have all the screenshots of your responses for anyone who wishes to review. Not delivered because of excess weight, then a fire which there are no reports of within Essex or Oxford and now due to medical supplies WOW, any other reasons you want to state! Looking forward to my full refund.... STILL NO REFUND 15.04.21.

I ordered slabs that were "in stock". I then got an email the next day saying they were not in stock and would I like to buy something else. I said no and wanted a refund. I opened a case with PayPal because I paid through them. PayPal then communicated with the seller allowing them to refund easily and quickly. However the seller hasn't responded or issued a refund and has now claimed they won't refund me because I "requested a charge back" and it is in the hands of PayPal(??). This is not true. The emails I have had back are unhelpful. If you do decide to buy, then double check the stock levels if you can get through on the phone. Otherwise you'll have paid and will be left waiting for a refund. Update: It appears they have now refunded me at last.

Placed order that was confirmed for delivery today. Then email received that stock not in fact available after all and a three week wait. No refund offered. On hold for more than an hour so far - customer service absolutely dire and completely unacceptable way of conducting business. How can an order be confirmed and then a few days later miraculously no stock ? No explanation or apology. Avoid.
Note response below - the order confirmation was shared with Trustpilot who have verified it. I have no wish to engage further with Paving Superstore but potential customers should know how dire their service can be.
The responses given by paving Superstore to this and other reviewers are striking by the lack of any meaningful apology - it is never their fault. And they seldom answer the phone short of an hour on hold. Why bother ?

"I am having to reassess my opinion…"
I am having to reassess my opinion (first warning is the samples twice went to wrong address). I ordered expedited delivery, but the order failed to turn up on designated day and I am still waiting for a refund. However, the larger issue is only one pallet turned up, rather than two. A week later, and spending over 1,5 hrs queuing (NB live chat is not live, and no response on email for ticket raised), it is still not resolved. I appreciate things sometimes go wrong, but this company, has a great website, competitive prices, but abysmal customer services.
Upgraded to 3 stars as problem was resolved.

when you enter their website it tries to entice you with a discount voucher, tried repeatedly applying voucher, but it is not valid, tried ringing them, on hold for too long, gave up in the end
