AWR fitted the French doors that we ordered and raised the floor all in a day good team work no problems very happy with the work. I would definitely recommend them.

"This Company is costing me a new garage roof."

I will try to be brief. This Company fitted new fascias to my garage. The roof is old, but it did not leak. Towards the end of the fitting the fitter was on standing on the roof. (surely not conducive to fitting fascias) He said to me that he felt he was about to fall through, I said it was an old roof, but it did not leak.
The following week we had heavy rain and it poured into my garage. As I cannot climb ladders, a friend of mine checked the roof and found that standing on it had broken the sealing of the overlapping felt leaving a gap of about a quarter of an inch, allowing the ingress of water. My friend questioned the need for standing on the roof when fitting fascias.
A new roof is the only answer, but guess who will not be doing the work?

All weather ripoff...
I cant begin to say how awful this company are.
Dont get me wrong the majority of the workmanship was done by sub contractors which i cant fault.
I paid my deposit and agreed to pay 5k after each aspect of the work completed,to a final payment reaching the 25k for the conservatory.
The last aspect was the plasterers,more like they were "plastered"When they eventually finished using the toilet and "skimmed the floor" It was like a model of a mountain range!!!.I told them before they staggered out that it was awful and needed more attention,but i was assured that when it set all would be good..
AWR didnt give me enough time to get a second opinion and approx 20 minutes after the plastered plasterers left AWR rang me to pay the balance...I told them i wasnt happy as it even had foot prints in the plaster.
I rang my local builder who came and looked and told me nobody could put a decent floor down on this because it had so many peaks and troughs and it would need reskiming perhaps a couple more times..I rang AWR and explained this, they told me someone would be coming round to look.
Oh they sent someone round a big fat person who told me i had to pay..He didnt even want to look at the shoddy workmanship and made me feel scared and intimidated. This vile person just walked in and asked me how i was going to pay ,saying if i didnt there would be consequences.
now if i wasnt disabled i would have probably sorted it out there and then,but i paid up..Scared ....
I have since had to have to whole floor reskimmed 3times
Beware these cowboys are only after money and not quality and recently i have been advised to report AWR for their heavy handed approach...

Not good. Had to have them back 4 times to put things right. One of the complaints was that the outlet to let the water out of the gutter wasn’t drilled out, when it rained, it overflowed. Soffit had footprints on it.
Think the problem was the lads that fitted it was sub contractors & rushed it so they could do it in day.

"The worst company I have ever used"

The worst company I have ever used. They replaced our windows and 8 of them had to be redone because the workmanship was so bad. The sales rep lies to you to get your order, because she hadn’t written something into our contract they refused to honour it. When you say you will withhold payment until the matter can be resolved they THREATEN to start taking all your windows out!!!!!

We had eight new beautiful windows fitted…absolutely fantastic and speedy service. All staff were so friendly, helpful and completely clear on all procedures and stages of our installation. Right from the guys who came and did our initial quote, the friendly and informative surveyor to the great team of guys who completed our installation with such speed and precision. Very impressive to watch them work as such a fluid team. So impressed with this great company they will be returning to fit new facias and guttering too. Definitely 100% recommend to anyone needing a fast and efficient service. Thank you AWR.
