"At the exact time we were expecting, Tony turned up"
I had a man knock on my door and ask if he could give me a quote for a bay window, facias and guttering. He made an appointment for someone to come and give me a quote the following evening when my husband was home.
At the exact time we were expecting, Tony turned up. After introducing himself, he talked to us about the company and gave us some background about them and talked us through the products, what was included in the price and what guarantees would be in place. He certainly knew his stuff and made me feel at ease straight away.
Unfortunately for Tony, my husband made it very difficult for him. He had come on the ‘Hull Derby’ day and my husband was keen to get the TV on and eat his tea. My husband also works for a roofing firm and at the end of the conversation, my husband decided not to go any further, even though I thought the quote was reasonable. Tony kept his cool throughout and was very professional, a credit to the company he works for. For this reason, I will be keeping this company’s number on file for any future related work.

"Installation good but awful, pushy sales tactics"
I can't fault the lad who installed our door as he was courteous and polite throughout the installation, plus stayed late to make sure it was all finished in one day.
The same cannot be said however, for the sales team at this company, who use all the pushy, heavy handed and scuzzy sales techniques in the book.
On the day of our installation we had a guy turn up at the door and offer to give us a quote who would not take no for an answer. No matter how many times we said we weren't thinking of having any further work done, he was insistent that he was going to give us a quote regardless. When the second person came (later the same day!) for the follow up interview we had to send him away and tell him we never wanted the quote in the first place.
We have also been contacted three times in the last week by the company, offering us further quotations, two by phone call and one by another guy at the door today who just so happened to be doing another fitting nearby. At this point I feel like they are strong arming me into undertaking more work, when I have repeatedly told them I have no interest in it.
Although we were happy with the installation and the components used, we will definitely not be using this company again and could not recommend anyone else doing the same.

"DO NOT ORDER WITH THEM!!"
Oh my goodness, whatever you do DO NOT order with this company.
I found these guys online to try and save some money on a front door and window. And I wish more than anything I'd gone with the more expensive quote now.
From day one there was issues - they ordered the wrong window which I then had to fight to get replaced with the correct one (took three months to resolve) the then fitter aggressively insisted I made a card payment despite not being happy with the works.
It then took weeks to get the the fitting issues resolved.
After that the hinges went on the door and now the lock is broken - meaning we cant get out of our house. All Weather are insisting that WE pay for a locksmith to sort.
The door has been in for 18 months and we've had issue after issue - the icing on the cake? All Weather's sales team keep calling to try and sell us other products.
Listen to the NEGATIVE REVIEWS, I REALLY wish we had done. Order with this company and you will regret it.
UPDATE - FOUR weeks with no working front door and All Weather Rooflines still haven't resolved. Next stop the Ombudsman!!! Total JOKE of a company.

"AWR did a very fine job"
AWR did a very fine job of replacing my wooden fascias and soffits with black plastic replacements. The paint had been peeling away for some time and I did not want to keep on having to maintain them. The job was done well and speedily, and the workmen even checked over the flat roof of the extension, reassuring me that all was
well with it (NG8775).

"Great fitters from the Doncaster team"
Great fitters from the Doncaster team. Had 2 new windows fitted and some window glass replaced and a leaking bay window roof repaired. Excellent job made by the fitters who arrived on time. were friendly and polite and removed all the old windows away. They are a credit to the company I am now ordering a new back door..

"Fascia and guttering replacement"
The work was carried out quickly and effectively but they did leave some waste behind which I had to clean away myself as the customer

"Horrendous experience"
There’s many things wrong with this company’s approach to customers, not to mention they couldn’t care less about you and more about your wallet.
I enquired about new windows and doors, seemed all good to start with. They sent out a salesman who was adamant that my partner had to be there, I explained they were at work and it wouldn’t be possible. They were not happy that they couldn’t be there, I don’t understand this and I said well you can leave if you’re not willing to give me a quote. Eventually they agreed to give me a quote and just jotted it down on a piece of leaflet.
I thought okay that’s what, called back to enquire about finance options and they sent out another sales man to do another quote because the original salesman didn’t keep my details, so that was a waste of my time.
Then this salesman goes on to give me the old school pressure tactics, felt like I was being sold a used Ford Focus. They got the finance pitch mixed up and this caused confusion when a flurry of emails came through from 2 finance companies.
I also noticed they didn’t even get me to sign the terms and conditions.
I called up the number I was given, to say I didn’t want my order and the individual on the phone just said that’s not their area and to call HQ. When I said can you give me HQs number they told me it was on the paperwork and that was it.
So it’s one of those companies who make life difficult once you’re not interested in them. For good reason you should avoid this company, they pass around lies internally to make you look stupid. When I finally got a hold of their HQ I explained the whole situation and mentioned I was told I’d be given a 12 month quote but never was and they had no idea what the sales team were on about. So I said look I just want my deposit back and to cancel, then I was told to email a cancellation team to do that.
While I was doing the cancellation I was called back by another number about a sale from them, claiming I told HQ that I was getting a significant discount, I said not sure where they got that but I am trying to cancel this order. To then be promised they will give me the 12 month quote and the quote I was also looking for just to get the doors down. Got told I’ll call you back tomorrow, well that never happened.
So I submitted my cancellation form and no communications, called their HQ again who said maybe it’s the wrong address I told them there was no bounce back and found it strange they immediately took this your wrong approach. Then they just said it’ll be picked up when they get to it, I said what do you mean. Turns out they just check the cancellations whenever they can be bothered it seems.
So I’d avoid this company they’re not much cheaper than others out there and you can probably get a better experience.

"Our new front door"
AWR turned up when they said they would and the door fitter's John and Rich were very quick, polite, tidy and professional. A credit to their company.
They fitted a lovely composite front door, exactly as we ordered.
A quick, professional and easy to deal with company.
