The installer came on time, without waisting any time he finished the job in time,His job was clean but should cover the bed etc as after he left I saw a debris on both bedrooms bed, otherwise perfect job. Highly recommend it.

"All Weather Cowboys. AVOID."

Had an absolute nightmare and 2 months later we are still having issues.

We (stupidly) decided to get our 2 bay windows replaced by these cowboys after a gentleman came knocking on our door promising a great job for a great price. We were told all we had to do was pay a £50 deposit and we could arrange for the work to be carried out at a later date. We were then pressured and called daily to “get the work booked in” and decided to just go for it and booked the work in for 2 weeks time.

On the day of the installation the fitters were incredibly disrespectful, walking mud throughout my house and treading it into our carpets and attempting to take photos of personal items in my bedroom!!

The work was carried out to a shoddy standard, which we were not at all happy with, and subsequently had THREE other visits (which, might I add, required me to take 3 days off work) from people attempting to rectify the issues - which again, were carried out to a sub par standard. Our external brickwork has been damaged and the sills are just “bodged” on with silicone and fall off all the time. The last visit was carried out by a gentleman named John, who, although he was a nice guy, told us he could not leave our property until we signed the service level agreement to confirm the work had been carried out to a satisfactory standard and funds could be released from the finance company. So we were basically backed into a corner and forced to sign the agreement in order to get this bloke out of our house.

2 months on, following a night of heavy rain we were awoken to water GUSHING down from the seal where the window meets the ceiling. We have an “engineer” on his way to our property as I type this, who again, hopes to rectify our issue but I don’t have high hopes of that happening. Now our ceiling and belongings are water damaged as well. I honestly wish I’d never opened the door on the day they came knocking because all in all my experience in dealing with this company has been DIABOLICAL and I don’t have any faith in them moving forwards. I shall be speaking with the finance company today as well as I feel we were pressured into signing the agreement and the work has still not been completed to a satisfactory standard. I would not give this company a penny of your money, and if there was an option to give them 0 stars I would. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.

Update: engineer Andrew came out and confirmed installers have failed to properly seal the window where it has been installed and YET ANOTHER days work is required to reboard and plaster the ceiling where the water damage occurred. Spoke to a manager (Simon) over the phone who basically said our roof was the issue (never an issue before the new windows were installed though?) and the reason for the leak despite the fact the engineer has literally told us they have left a 6 inch gap where they haven’t sealed it!

"Rubbish"

I had my windows and one door fitted on the 3rd of August 2023 first time it rained water came in through the letter box and the bottom of the door when the door came it had the wrong glass installed so they sent out some new pains of glass to be re-fitted I had a new letterbox fitted but still water is coming in from the bottom of the door, with water coming in every time it rains it has now started to swell my laminate floor, also all my trickle vents have not got any foam back on them so can not get a proper seal. If I had my choice again I would not purchase from them.
