"Terrible aftercare service"

Terrible aftercare service. Doors had to be fixed twice and despite breaking roof tiles fixing the facia boards they have refused to repair leading to leaking and damp in the kitchen. We also have a constant dripping noise from New downpipe that apparently is normal despite not having this problem prior. Wish I had never given them the time of day.

They then have the nerve to constantly chase asking for more work!!!!

Awful experience and costly to repair their shoddy work. Avoid.

My Doncaster office review , Recieved a phone call From Simon who was absolutely fantastic, he explained the process of us getting our price for a conservatory, Simon had explained someone would be calling back to confirm he had been courteous and polite, I then received a phone call from Craig who answered a couple of technical question Simon didn't know the answers to , Craig was also fantastic to deal with, 5 hours later the designer arrived on time, explained everything to us and we were more than happy with the price. Having already had prices, the quality and price on offer from A.W.R was the best.
6 weeks later and we are sat in our fully complete conservatory,
Thankyou Simon thank you Craig and thank you Mike. We will definitely be recommending A.W.R to friends and family.

Salesmen and office staff helpful and friendly.
We felt overall it was a good experience but we felt communication between fitting team and us was poor. No idea when the fitters would arrive and they were infact very late. Same next day too. Office staff did their best to help. Fitters were not helpful when part of product was not there but office staff sorted out quickly and efficiently.
