Did a really good job had front composite door and surrounding done looks perfect. Had back door done composite and looks so nice.
Had French doors fitted at rear they looks so nice and really happy with them look like bi folds when open no middle post which completes it.
Back bedroom windows installed look really nice.
Fitters were really helpful amd went above and beyond.
salesman kept me updated and really helped were they could of been problems

"Happily recommend to others."

Mike Herson was the chap that came to my house.

My wife and I are renovating a house for the first time and so had no idea about what to expect with windows and doors companies.

We met 4 companies over a 2-3 day period.

Mike was first.

Not only did he set what we thought was a reasonable price, he also took the trouble to explain to us all the things we needed to consider in regards to the doors and their quality.

He highlighted some questions he recommended I ask the other companies and what he would recommend I listen for them to say.

Mike was direct and to the point, but not in a bad way and when I told him I couldn’t make any decisions on the day, he remained content to give me his time and knowledge, no push.

The other companies tried to rush me to a price and a commitment.

We opted to work with Mike and AWR for 2 reasons.

They manufacture in the UK and Mike took real time to guide us even though I could have easily taken the knowledge he gave me and just used it for a cheaper price from someone else.

Other companies could either not articulate the value differences or just seemed to avoid the questions.

AWR were actually the most expensive of the quotes we got but also the most thorough, available and consistent in their approach and the information they shared.

My advice to anyone considering windows and doors would still be to get multiple quotes but make sure you have a criteria of questions you want answers to around quality and the origin of the products.

We've had a lot of work done with all weather roofline and every job has been done professionally and efficiently. This latest one, the garage roof by the Doncaster branch, has been done extremely well and we are very happy with the finished result. It will last for approx 30 years so who could ask for more. Difficult to get hold of for after care - had sofit and guttering and have water coming into house and pouring from guttering tried several times to get a response and just get silly automated response this department is available 9am to 6pm
