All the process was very professional.
From the start all the way to the end all personal was very polite and explicit.
The fitters have been working really well and very clean.
Basically all the job was a great experience.

We got our 2 front windows done, For a good price too. The installers (dean and his colleague) were brilliant throughout the half of the day they were here. had new doors fitted back in may 2022 3 doors one shed door one front door and one back door 3 times out to fix front door now fixed 6 time out fix back door and one no show to fix back door still not done and remeasured 3 times when i phone they hang up or say they will phone me back i have photos of poor workmanship now in oct 2023 they say give 8 weeks notice for same job to put right my back door they should replace the back door that was on going for may 22 till now one star should be minus five stars would not recommend them go else where stay well clear

the fitters arrived at 7am got on and did the work 4 and half hours later they finished not bad as we were told the job would take 2 days facers and soffits looked good did not clean up very well after a week when scaffold taken down noticed that the rear down pipe was not put back in the same place that it was before it could course some trouble in the future S Llewellyn

"Windows were measured wrongly"

Windows were measured wrongly by the surveyor. Managment wanted the fitters to cut the frames to make them fit, this would of compromise the strength and thermal properties of the window. I refused when the 2 fitters informed me what the managers had told them to do. The door had the wrong glass it wasn't the design we wanted. Jay and Ched the fitters have been absolutely brilliant there workmanship is brilliant going out there way to make things right there a credit to AWR 2 brilliant lads.

"Leaks eventually sorted"

I had a sunroom roof replaced on 22nd Aug. Lovely roof in dry weather but the first rain we had and there was water soaking the floor. Since then there's been continuous dripping with buckets etc I have numerous times phoned them and been on the phone for long periods. People have come out to 'mend' the leaks, but not helped, I have waited in for fitters who have not arrived. This is not all as when they changed the roof they put the downpipe in the wrong place. I am still trying to resolve this. altogether the afterservice for this firm is rubbish. It is now 6 weeks later and rain is now coming down the bathroom wall despite 'fixing' it, I also haven't had a reply from them yet.
This has now changed as I sent a letter of complaint and a senior manager, was determined to get the leaks sorted, it has now been done and with a new flat roof adjoining it there are no leaksand the downpipe is now in the right place so although it took 9 weeks I am now pleased with the results.
