"They issue a tracking number but never ship"

They issue a tracking number (in my case a couple of solar panels), but they never ship out the product. First time with UPS, I got a tracking number but never shows as shipped. Second time was with FedEx, same routine they get a shipping label from the shipping company but never send the item.

my name is walter bennett, on march 18th. 2021 i ordered a cornelius capri 18'X52"" above ground pool package, from VM innovations, .i personally took delivery from R&L freight on March 28 2021. it consisted of one shrink wrapped pallet. i called my son that day and had him come over and move everything from my driveway to my covered deck in the backyard. We purchased this pool as a gift for my grandsons birthday and this past weekend i had family members come over to attmept to set it up. Thats when we noticed that we had no top or bottom rails for the pool wall also no instruction manual and no nuts, bolts or screws. what i do have is box #s'61894 and 62113 as well as the pool wall i believe that i am missing box# 61909. i reached out to VM Innovations, and all they could do is to send me the order invoice, they have refused to be of anymore assistance.

ProfessionalScammers! How could Walmart still do business with them!
Selling malfunctioned electric produce! Bought a scooter from them for our 8 year old, which came defective! Wanted to return however they accepted no responsibility for the delivery of the defected item, which poses safety hazard to ride!!! No refund offered even though we are 100%eligible, instead they are referring us back to Walmart, which has nothing to do with their unethical selling practices! Beware!!! VM Innovations are scammers, and should be persecuted for their conscious financial mistreatment of their customers.

I give them 0 stars. I woke up to an unauthorized charge from them for $884.80 made 5-11-21 at 9pm that I did not make! They stole my $100.00 and left me with a balance of -$784.80 I had ordered a hot tub back in March and Walmart refunded me bc they didn't ship in time and lost my package it was over 2 weeks late stating if I received it I could discard, keep or return the item. They hacked me and took $100 and they are trying to take $784.80 more!!! Beware they are scammers!!!!

"Ordered a pool pump on April 16"

Ordered a pool pump on April 16, 2021. Got an e-mail saying item has shipped. I called VM Express to see where the item was on April 21,2021. Customer service rep says, item has shipped but can’t provide tracking info. and when I called a second time the representative said label was lost. Hmmmm this seems really shady. Oh and I live in Las Vegas and the pump I ordered is supposedly coming from Nevada. I could walk to the warehouse and pick the pump up quicker than they can deliver. What a joke.

VM Express innovations will sell you defective products. Do not buy! Total waste of money. They sold me a pool liner with pin holes.
I reached out to vm Express and they offered $20.00 off Wow just Wow the pool liner is junk. Pinholes are popping up all over it and we haven't even used it yet. Thanks for Nothing!

They misled me into buying soil on Amazon for $151/10 bags. Come to find out they are the small bags that are 1/3 the size of the big ones.
