"Terrible customer service, wrong trampoline sent"
Terrible customer service. Ordered a trampoline through Target shipped through VM. We were shipped parts in 3 boxes for 2 different trampolines. (Only after we called to get all the boxes and one box was missing) Since we opened all the parts and layed them out, not sure which parts go with the right and wrong trampoline now. Will not send the correct trampoline out so we can return all the parts that were sent.
Huge mess. This has been going on for a month now.
We were now given ONE shipping label to return for THREE boxes of parts. Totally on them and their mishap and we are having to deal with how to repackage and ship these 3 huge boxes of parts back when they sent the wrong order.
So ridiculous. Will never order anything that is shipped through this company again and will be sure to let everyone I know and leave a review on Target for the trampoline that we never received!

"AWFUL experience, no accountability"
AWFUL experience. I bought a kids bed (Intex Kids Inflatable Raised Frame Bumper Bed) 5 months ago and it already has begun deflating/has a leak. When I called the company, Patty the customer service rep told me the product only has a 90-day warranty so they won’t do anything about it. When I very politely asked her what she thought about the fact that I’d basically paid 50$ for a disposable bed, Patty HUNG UP on me and when I tried calling back, the line was somehow busy (1-866-639-9320). I understand that air mattresses aren’t meant to last forever but I definitely expect something to last longer than 5 months when I paid 50$ for it and a <30 lb child is sleeping on it once in a while. Before hanging up on me, Patty suggested I wipe the whole thing down with super soapy water to see if I could find the leak and then patch it...so leaving me with a soaked and soapy sticky kids’ bed and no guarantee it can be fixed. Unbelievable. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

"Small mix up - GREAT Customer Serivce"
Things happen with online sellers all the time and so many people hop online to complain when something isn't right - all the more reason I felt it important to share my experience.
I ordered several items from them through a third party (the one that you hope and WISH things are really what they are) all of which came in working order and with fast shipping!
One of the items which arrived was the incorrect item, however, one quick phone call later and they are sending a replacement.
I was incredibly impressed with the customer service I received - on a weekend no less! I have the tracking number for the replacement item which should be here in two days. I am confident this was a one-time mix up and commend them for making it right in the easiest way possible.
10/10 will order from them again!

"SHUT THESE CROOKS DOWN !!!"
BEFORE you buy PLEASE research this company online. Check out their website (VM Innovations). Under "about us" it states: "customers love us" by ResellerRatings and "99 % customer satisfaction" via Ebay. Interestingly when you search those sites (and several others) and type in their name their reviews are absolutely terrible. We purchased 2 chairs from them via Amazon, they sent one (which was damaged) and claimed (and argued) they sent 2 (which they did not) and it took weeks to get them to send a replacement that ended up being defective. They offered us 5 dollars for the inconvenience !!!!, LOL. It took MULTIPLE emails/phone calls to get this resolved and wasted a tremendous amount of our time. This particular tactic of theirs is well documented online in other customer reviews/experiences. They go under the names of VM express, VM innovations, Spreetail LLC. Their CEO and general manager's names are easily researched via Google. Do a quick Google search and read their feedback and the tactics they employ in their "businesses". Read their reviews, there are literally thousands of them which are indisputably negative. They are outright crooks who use (again, well documented in online reviews) "bait and switch" tactics, they put used items in new boxes and sell as new, sell defective items, sell damaged items, send packages with missing components, price gouge (when we bought the chairs from them they were approx. 250.00 each, a week later they had them priced at 350.00 each because stock was low), promise to take items back then refuse to , promise to send refunds and don't. The list of BS these guys pull off is extensive and apparently never ending. I intend to leave additional reviews about them on other sites because they're just that bad. These rip off artists need to be put out of business and we truly regret buying from them, had we know anything about this "company" before ordering these chairs we would NEVER HAVE ORDERED ANYTHING from them. Why Amazon (and WalMart/Target, etc. !!!!) do you support "businesses" like this one that are clearly completely unethical and employ whatever tactics they can get away with to extort money from unsuspecting and trusting customers ???

"I ordered wire cabinet racks and…"
I ordered wire cabinet racks and discovered they would not fit my cabinets. I sent them SIX cancellation emails to not ship them. For two days there was NO response whatsoever, until the notice they had been shipped. Again, more emails to them, again NO response AT ALL. Contacted eBay and was told to refuse the shipment. VM sent me a postage return to print off, but I would have had to pay $26 to return it even after I had cancelled the order. (They obviously DID read my emails!) I ended up disputing the order with AMEX. After almost 14 days, they still haven't responded to AMEX or eBay. Tracking shows they received it back 8 days ago and Still no credit back violating eBays return policy. BELIEVE THE NEGATIVE FEEDBACKS! DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS FRAUD AND SCAMMER!! THEY DON'T CARE IF THEY SCAM YOU!!
Your response is nothing but lies. I can provide you with all the documentation of proof of the emails. Also, FedEx tracking shows you received back the returned package on 3/26/21. You also finally responded after I filed a complaint with eBay. I have complete documentation that everything I stated is factual. Nothing you have responded with is truth. Interesting, they also lied to eBay to get my negative review expunged from their account, but left the 171 negative reviews from LAST MONTH ALONE for MANY of the exact same issues I have afore mentioned. Scammers!

"Beware of VM Express! Please read"
I purchased a Keter patio box on Amazon for for $207 including tax from VM Express. VM Express is a third part seller. The next day it was on Amazon for $182. Then I went to Sam’s Club to do some shopping. I walked past a patio box made by Keter. The one I purchased from VM Express was 150gal. The one at Sam’s was 165 gallons and it was $100 cheaper. When I expressed my wish to return it due to the outrageous difference in price, I would have had to pay $158 for return shipping.

"I purchased a pheonix 15'x52" metal…"
I purchased a pheonix 15'x52" metal pool from Walmart through VM Express and I received a pool without the bottom track and connector plates for bottom track or any screws and now I'm having trouble getting someone to come get this pool so I can get a replacement pool. If I don't get my other pool with everything I will be getting a full refund. Or im calling my lawyer.

"Worthless"
If I could give no stars then I would. I will NEVER order from this company again. I placed my order through the Walmart app thinking I was purchasing through Walmart but I guess not. I live where we actually have a winter and I purchased a pool in January 2021. It has been in the box in my garage where it was delivered on Jan 11th, 2021. Just today I decided to go out and look at the pool and realized it is not as big as I had intended, so I emailed asking to return it and they say they only allow a 30day returns. Had I known this I never would have ordered from them, but like I said I placed on Walmart app so I assumed I was ordering from Wal-Mart. SO FRUSTRATING AND DISAPPOINTING, what company doesn't at least allow a 90day return for unopened merchandise.
A not returning customer.
"Time after time"
Time after time, re order after reorder and they just keep on sending the wrong items. Maybe they are false advertising? I don't know but it seems they don't even have the stuff that they are trying to sell.
