"Awful company"
Awful company. I ordered a 10 ' x 33" intex pool. They shipped me a box that only contained 6 little filters for the pump. No pool. Won't respond through ebay. I requested a refund. Now I have to wait. This "company" sells via walmart.com, eBay, Amazon and other online shopping sites. They are ubiquitous. They are also terrible.

I purchased an item from this company that advertised two day shipping for that specific item. They chose Fedex ground, it's been two weeks, and I still don't have my item. I have contacted Fedex several times to find out why my delivery date continues to change and the only thing they can tell me is that due to the restrictions set by the SHIPPER (VMinnovations), they can'e make any changes at all to the delivery process that might help me get it sooner.Not only that, but they neglected to tell me that I would be getting a part of my package from a different distribution center in a state closer to me. I got that item within two days but not the actual item that I ordered. I also spent $600 on this specific item, more than half of what other retailers were charging for them item before they sold out.

I ordered a set of surface mounted speakers and FedEx delivered to wrong when I contacted this company they did nothing except to push it off to my credit card company. That is really great customer service no on answers the phone great business blame it on lazy

"Wrong vacuum sent and VM wants me to pay for shipping"
I ordered a Tesla 30 pool vacuum two weeks ago. VM Express sent the wrong vacuum-one that was $100 cheaper and which is too short for my needs. When I asked for a refund-or to have a new vacuum sent, the company informed me that I should pay to have the wrong item shipped back-which would cost me $80. For their mistake. There has been no effort to make this right. It is shameful.

"I am utterly at a loss for words"
I am utterly at a loss for words! I cannot believe how I have been treated by this Company after giving them so much money! First strike- I ordered the Intex Purespa from VM- April 21, 2020 received April 24, 20 - up and running for 2.5 weeks and came outside to a beeping and the unit was dead- the gal told me I could get a refund if I drain it cut a piece and or deal with Intex for warranty!! Well I should have stabbed it over and over and shipped it all back cause it just sits 3 weeks and counting because Intex is a scam too.. So I gave VM one more shot and bought a 15x48 pool- it got here set up and filling- and than I realize VM did not include parts need at the outage- so now that sits! I try emailing and get one correspondence a day- “sorry warehouse is out those parts” YET VM is selling them on EBAY at total upcharge!!! Don’t try calling them it goes right to busy!!! I have NEVER been treated so horribly by a Company- the only remedy they have given me is to exchange the pool! That’s drain it, take it down, pack it up and ship a fricking pool!!! Hours and money I have poured into this!!!!!!!

I ordered a pool two days ago. I havent heard anything about it or when it will arrive. I want someone to get a hold of me i have emailed 7 times and no response. Either they need to send me my pool or refund my money, before i take the next step.

I had a question about a product because I saw they’re having stock issues, especially with pools because Geesh it’s like toilet paper these days, impossible to find! People are going crazy buying them out. So, I emailed asking if it was in stock and the very next day they emailed me letting me know about my question. They were very kind and very timely!
