ordered my product, when it arrived was missing parts and smaller than expected. 15 year old can't get his hands under the bar. getting charged return shipping after they offer "free shipping, free returns" on their advertisement. WISH i had done better research before ordering.

These guys are price gougers. They canceled my order citing a "pricing error" while selling the same item for double the price. Stay away from these crooks and don't give them a dollar of your hard earned money. We need to drive these greedy businesses out of business for the greater good.

Placed order on target website for order with this third party vendor. Received verification that my order had shipped then subsequently was canceled due to a “simple pricing error” per vm. Although the item was in stock it is now (24 hours later) back on targets website for more than twice its previous listing. Would not recommend shopping this vendor!!

I returned your item from Amazon. You incorrectly sent me the wrong product consisting of one ORB closet rod and one chrome even though I order a chrome two pack. You then only refunded 20.40 instead of the full amount of 31.86. You should’ve given me a complete refund especially since it is YOUR mistake, I will take this up with Amazon and register a strenuous complaint.
Your poor response was restocking fees apply regardless. YOU SENT THE WRONG DAMN ITEM. THEN YOU LIED ABOUT IT TO AMAZON. Luckily Amazon takes terrible third party customer service seriously. I was able to provide evidence of the wrong products shipped along with wrong SKU numbers I received. They refunded the difference, lodged a formal complaint. Only THEN your crappy company changes its policy this one time.
Too little too late. Bad reviews demonstrating your company’s incompetence and dishonesty are heading your way. Amazon noted my amazing history with them including minimal returns and takes terrible service from third party sellers seriously. I will do what I can to limit your ability to continue to do business through Amazon.

EDIT: Below is the copy of the email I received from VM which shows their lie - It clearly states they charged a restocking fee because they received back the CORRECT Part numbers. I will not do business with dishonest companies or persons.

"Horrible return policy and unwilling to…"
Horrible return policy and unwilling to work with customers on it. Thought I was ordering from walmart.com but turned out to be through this company. Found out that it came from this company when I tried to return the product to walmart. Unfortunately when the product was ordered the return policy was not made clear. We had ordered the product in advance as a birthday present and we was outside the return window before the item was ever gifted. If smaller companies are going to sell on sites like Walmart return policies should be made more clear because I like many people assume if I order on walmart.com I can return to walmart. Otherwise I would just google what I'm wanting and find the best price not go to what I did co sider a trusted site.
**Follow up to response, policy is not made clear or I would have known that one of my items was not a walmart product. Return policy should be made more clear also return policy stated on the direct website was obviously wrote to try to confuse customers as it states that after 30 days you must pay for return shipping but no refunds will be made also read that when ordering directly from the site there is a 60 day return policy. If you are looking for a company that uses loopholes to assure you cant return an item then this would be the one. Looks like most of their complaints come from poor customer service and horrible policies! I have reported the company to Walmart and they are looking into rather or not to continue supporting this company on their marketplace. I stand against companies like this and will do everything possible to assure people do not have to go through the same thing as me or the other people they have wronged! After reading the response below that's the kind of customer service they offer and its none.
***I wish there was a way to attach document proof to the reviews. After I finished posting reviews for this company I went back and took screen shots to prove how deceiving this company is, I wish I had the option to attach them to this review. Even with proof the company still tried to deny any wrong doing and refuse to take any accountability for mistakes made on their part.

Just trash customer service and based on other reviews on here, my point is proven. Waited over a month to finally find out that my order was cancelled by vmi. They called but could not leave a voicemail, how Nice of them to care. The only problem with that is I never received a call and my voicemail box is empty. Thanks for the refund, but what about the waisted time I’ve lost? Just trash, the way vmi handles their customers.

"VMI Flim Flam!"
i ordered a washing machine from Walmart who does business through VMI. The delivery date was continuously put off and I finally cancelled it. They, for whatever reason, chose to ignore that request and let me know that the machine had been delivered It was not. I again told them that the order had been cancelled and it also HAD NOT BEEN DELIVERED. They want me to file a fradulent claim with the police/sheriff's office and with UPS who claims to have delivered it. I will file charges against VMI, if anyone. I have a copy of all our e-mails that prove I cancelled the order and all their false claims that it had been delivered. DO NOT EVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM ANYONE WHO DOES BUSINESS WITH VMI!!!!!

I ordered a amp, 12" subwoofer speaker, and a 12" box and received the amp but I never got the the box or the sub woofer speaker yet and i ordered it Dec.31st and it was suppose to arrive jan. 3rd
And today's date is Jan.22nd And I have NOT received a refund or a credit or my items

Placed an order for a BAKFlip bed cover that was in stock, stated order now and will ship next day and arrive 3-5 business days. Placed the order Tuesday 1-14 and expected delivery day was Monday 1-20. Great right. No. Today Friday the 17th I get an email stating we are sorry your item is out of stock and not available and we will refund your money in 1-2 days.
So it took them 4 days to realize it was not in stock ? Or was it I had a coupon code getting an extra 37.00 dollars off so kill the order. Beware not a good company for trust so stay away

I do not normally write reviews but seeing so many with issues I have to question them. Even though there were questionable reviews I went ahead and made what I consider a major purchase as the price was very good. That alone concerned me but I have to say everything went perfectly with 0 issues whatsoever. This was a large freight shipment that had me even more concerned arriving damaged but the boxes (2) arrived on a pallet and brought into my garage again with 0 issues. Maybe I'm lucky or others are not or looking to hurt this company IDK but my experience was positive and I would absolutely deal with again. Especially if a similar deal was offered on an item I was interested in. I ordered a freight shipment on Saturday January 4th and it was delivered perfectly on Wednesday January the 8th with updates on order status in between. You be the judge.
