"I ordered a item for y pool on Friday …"

I ordered a item for y pool on Friday before the 4th. I called customer service and was told I would have my product by Monday before the 4th. The website even said I would have it. The shipping depssentit wrong and would not get my order till after the 4th. Very unhappy I refused the shipment and then they charged me a restocking fee. I will never do any business again with liars and crooks!

So to the reviews saying the bad ones are liars, not true, to the bad review I just read about not getting your order... I'm positive it's true. I also ordered a pool from this company through the Walmart market place because of the price. For a week the customer service kept telling me great news "your order shipped and should be there in about 4 days" also gave a bogus tracking number. So unable to track with SAIA for a week I called them and they had no information. I called VM Innovations and they told me "Sorry, the carrier took the package but not the paper work so it's most likely at the carriers address but could be at our warehouse". Now how could the carrier have got the package for sure if it might still be in VM Innovations warehouse..... yea I know, stupid Right! So any way I'm told to give 24hrs for the paperwork to go over and then the package can start making its way to me. After waiting the 24hrs it now showed on the carriers site that the package was at the warehouse so I called Saia to get an ETA. Saia then tells me that they never got a package from VM, only paperwork.....the exact opposite of what VM says. So the weekend passes and Monday I get a call back from SAIA and they tell me they still have no record of ever getting a package from VM. I Call VM Innovations and now they tell me "Legally they can't cancel and issue a refund until the carrier sends them something in writing that they either don't have it or are sending it back to them.... Legally, are you kidding me, I smell BS all over this company! So I call SAIA back and they ask me to give 24hrs and they will try and figure it out. Still no package and still no refund from VM Innovations, almost $800.00 and nothing but a complete head ache. What a low down junk of a business VM Innovations is. Do not buy from them, save yourself the hassle and headaches and money.

After I moved in my new apartment I needed more furniture for my living room.I purchased Your Inflatable Intex Ultra Lounge, Gray color. The Item arrived extra early in excellent shape.It was easy to inflate and very easy to move around. The color perfectly matched everything and the lounge is extra large and sturdy, great quality for the price which was pleasant surprise! I just love to rest and relax on such a comfortable piece of furniture so intelligently and cleverly designed. Me and my family members are always fighting who's going to sit on it! It's such a fun to use it. I highly recommend it to everyone! Thank You so much!

On May 14 I brought a pool with this company, Today is may 24 I am still waiting for my pool. I call Ebay they said they came on Friday to delivery the pool it is not true bc I have security cameras no one came to my house. On Monday I call the Saia the delivery company again we schedule an appointment for Tuesday 1pm to 7pm at 6:15 I call SAIA again bc no one came. They told me they came at 5:15 and no one was in the house. Once again they lie to a customer bc My mother doesn't work she is in the house all day I check the cameras once again and no one came, no one call and no one knocked on the door either. Seriously if you are reading this don't buy anything from this company even if you are saving some money if not worth it. The delivery company they used SAIA is very very bad they lie to you they play with and no one help you no one. Today i don't have the pool and don't have the money either.

ok, first thing first. when you deal with a million people, some of them will be liars, or just plain stupid. unfortunately, the liars and stupid make a point in leaving a bad review online. Rarely does a person that has a good experience will think of leaving one. I read about a hundred reviews online about this company after I had already ordered $600.00 worth of stereo equipment because my son asked me if this was a legit company since their prices were better than anyone else and their shipping was amazing. I admit, I was curious as well. I dug pretty deep. it seemed the reviews were half and half. either completely bad, or completely excellent. This review however, is completely positive. 100%. Matt and Evan were both completely professional. I want to say thanks to them and the entire company. Everything was excellent and showed up in 3 days. Yes 3 days. 5 stars. I will buy again. prices are excellent and shipping is amazing.
