I ORDER THE STEPS THAT SHOWED ON THE WEDSITE AND THEY LOOK BROWN ARE RED I GOT THE STEP AND THEY WHERE GRAY AND I WAS TOLD IN ORDER FOR ME TO GET THE CORRECT STEPS I WOULD HAVE TO PAY $20 DOLLAR FOR SHIPPING RERTURING TO GET THE THE RIGHT COLOR STEPS. II CALL SEAR WHERE I GOT THE STEPS AND THE TOOK CARE OF THE ISSUE. I DIDN'T PAY THE OTHER STEPS FROM THEM AND WILL GET THE RIHGT COLOR FROM AOTHER COMPANY.

He walked me through the process and sent an email summarizing our conversation immediately after. Not only was the product the cheapest I could find online, the service was wonderful.

I was able to locate the product but the big boys, Amazon.Prime and eBay would not ship to Hawaii. After a lengthy search, I found VMInnovations and spoke with a representative named Stevie. Stevie went above an beyond in assisting my and even found expedited direct shipping to Hawaii. I need to receive the merchandise as it will be sent along to Tahiti on March 11.
I am overjoyed by two year old grandson will receive his own blower that looks exactly like Grandpa's for his birthday on March 12. Thank you very much Stevie, you have put smiles on many faces today.

I purchased 4 containers and they arrived very quickly. I was pleased with them and used three of them right away. When I went to use the last one I noticed the corner was broken. There had been pieces of plastic in the box when they arrived but I didn't think anything of it. As soon as I noticed the problem on a Sunday evening I sent an email to customer service. Shortly after I received a reply and the issue was resolved very quickly. think you My new repacement box arrived today, three days after my initial email! Customer service as it should be EXCELLENT!!!
