"Horrible."
This company is a joke. I received two of the same product for my bridal shower that I had registered for through walmart. Not knowing that walmart works through other companies such as this one, I thought I could take it to walmart and exchange it for somethig else I need. Nope. Walmart only acts as a portal to this junk site. In order for me to get something else, I need to pay the return shipping $20+ to send the product back to them just so that I can get their store credit. Have you seen their site? There's nothing I need or want on this site, the selection sucks. If you can help it avoid buying anything from these people. If you call the customer service, you will get some young man who has no idea what he's talking about and has no customer service skills. Buyer beware.

MORE LIKE SOMETHING THEY PICKED UP AT A GARAGE SALE, HAD JOE DIRT DO A BENCH REPAIR IN HIS GARAGE IF EVEN THAT AND BOXED IT UP AMD RESOLD IT AS FACTORY REFURBISHED... I WISH I COULD UPLOAD PHOTOS. I TRIED IT ANYWAYS AND WITHIN TEN MINUTES IT FAILED. SUPPOSEDLY THEY ARE EMAILING A RETURN SHIPPING LABEL AND GIVING ME A REFUND... BELIEVE IT WHEN I SEE IT. I BOUGHT THIS "REFURBISHED" 1000 WATT COBRA POWER INVERTER. WHEN IT ARRIVED IT WAS SCRATCHED, DENTED, CORROSION ALL OVER OUT AND IN... THE REMOTE CONTROL WAS MISSING.... THIS WAS NOT FACTORY REFURBISHED. WHEN AN ITEM IS FACTORY REFURBISHED IT COMES OUT LOOKING BRAND NEW. ONE OF THE 110 PLUG SOCKETS WAS MELTED AND BURNED? REALLY?

The item I bought from this company is top notch. They were selling for the best price I could find for that product PERIOD. I'm not sure where the negative reviews comes from as I even had an issue with the a particular part being damaged during shipping and the company shipped a new part right out without any questions asked and without asking for the faulty part in return. This is a great company under all circumstances.

I purchased a Total Gym from VMInnovations. I talked to customer service a couple of times before ordering. Could not have had a more perfect transaction. Received in 2 days with free shipping. They went above and beyond! After I received and set up my gym, I decided that I wanted to BUY some extra clips for the accessories. I called to request and they sent me more, free of charge. Every interaction with this company has been exceptional. Thank you!!!

"WHERE'S MY MONEY!!"
I purchased a Vacuum cleaner through this company. Took it 2 Weeks to receive. I get it out of the box, start assembling it (with direction to insure no mistake) and the piece of junk wont go together! Handle had a broken snap. I contacted them about it, they offered to send me another.. But I had to pay for return shipping AND shipping of the new vacuum! Uh, NO!
So, I decided to cut my loss, and make use of it... To find out the wheels in the vacuum weren't turning and after one use melted the ENTIRE vacuum underneath. Smoked my whole house out. I called and complained... Made them have Fedex come to my house to pick the item up... 2 weeks later .. STILL NO MONEY BACK! I contacted Fedex and asked where it was, and here it was signed off to the company over a week ago! WHERE'S MY MONEY?!
They keep emailing me saying "We have to check the item in before we refund you."
Then what is taking so dang long ! Stop emailing me and do your job!

"Item never shipped and order was cancelled without notification"
My order was placed through Amazon for a critically needed item for business. For two weeks neither Amazon nor their reseller, VMInnovations, provided information that the item was out of stock and that the order had been cancelled. It took three phone calls to Amazon customer service to learn this information. I would never trust this reseller and it makes me wary of using Amazon for purchasing items for business purposes.

I made an order of a few items with them. They never arrived. They claimed the FedEx driver left them at the door, but they never showed up. I asked them about shipping insurance, and it turned out THEY DIDN'T EVEN INSURE THE SHIPMENT. They then pressured me to tell my bank to refund my money instead to get them off the hook. Then they offered to re-sell me the same items at a discount, but only though Paypal. When I inquired about it more, they then told me that they couldn't fulfill the shipment again because their supplier cut them off temporarily. What a crock.

"The old bait and switch on Christmas"
Ordered an electric scooter through Walmart and this was the seller. The item said it would arrive by Christmas (an still says the 23rd on the Walmart website) but when I track it through Fedex it now says the 29th. I only ordered from them because of the shipping promise. Target had the same item $10 cheaper but they said it would arrive between the 24th and the 30th so I went with these guys. They are completely full of it and no my brother is scooterless on Christmas. I would never, ever buy anything from these guys simply based on their shady dealings.

I ordered my daughter's Xmas gift from VMInnovations, after double checking the arrival dates. The item was guaranteed to arrive on the 23rd, so I purchased the bundle that consisted of a MX400 dirt bike and youth helmet on Dec 16th. The following day I received an email stating my items had shipped (the 17th). I kept an eye on the tracking number provided by their website and noticed the item only weighed 2.5 pounds. So, I got curious and sifted through my email for a shipping notification. Apparently there were 2 tracking numbers, and the dirt bike had shipped separately. Upon further investigation, the dirt bike had NOT shipped on the 17th like the shipping notification implied. It actually wasn't received by FedEx until Dec 20th. Frantically I began an indepth investigation, only to discover the dirt bike was not due for delivery until Dec 26th. Not only was it shipped late, it was also shipped the cheapest way possible-- FedEx Ground services. It's been 2 days since it was *really* shipped and my dirt bike has traveled from Nevada to Arizona. I live in North Carolina. There's no frikin way the item is going to arrive in time. After calling customer service to see if there was ANYTHING I could do to get it here, I am repeatedly told how the item will be delivered today (the 22nd). No, you morons! That's the helmet. The dirt bike is still in Arizona, and has been since last night. I will NEVER order from this company again. I hope they go out of business. And, judging by these reviews, it's inevitably going to happen. Wish I would have read them BEFORE ordering from these losers.
