I ordered an air matters from VMInnovations on May 2 2017. I never received the item. It is now May 20th and after multiple emails and phone calls VMInnovations is not willing to refund my money. I am highly disappointed in the service I received. I will never order from this company again.

Use to be a decent company to deal with. I ordered from VMINOVATIONS multiple times, and they had relativity good pricing prior. I ordered refurbished Husquvarna line trimmers from these guys for years – than all of sudden they jack up the price. Jacked the price up to being basically the same price as a new one. And in some cases more expensive than a new one with a 2 year warranty.

(128 ld) their price $193 for a used refurbished one. New one at Lowes w/ 2 year warranty $199. New one at Sears $179.

I emailed the company and a got a ridiculously completely illogical response about inventory and supply and demand. It makes absolute zero sense. I’d love to see the company respond to my review and actually refute this review in public view.

Word to the wise - double check pricing on your product before you purchase. You might find a new one cheaper. I did.

Your VMInnovations link is not user friendly. It took 3 employees and phone calls before I found this courteous, helpful, friendly employee to solve my problem. She said her name was Win and her supervisor is Casey. I want to make sure you recognize her for all her dedication. The first person I talked to yesterday was named Delano and he really tried to help but it did not work. Thank you for having great employees who truly seem to care.

NOT TRUSTED They said they ship your order the same day, but guess what, they only create a label but actually never ship the product I had to call a few times o find out order status. also they use Lasership which is beyond horrible poor customer services not trusted.

"Scam and Cheap delivery service"

Wanted to cancel order, they denied that request. Then said when I received just refuse service. Well the delivery company never rung my doorbell and left it in the rain all day soaking wet. They said just open to see if it is okay and we'll give you a partial refund for the drama. Next thing you know they stop responding, have not heard back from them after 4 messages.
