Dear Goerge, ebay " only " handled Pay Pal once upon a time not too long ago. In order to pay with Pay Pal you have to link your bank to it also if you read your payment info at time of purchase you would have seen that. No Ones fault but yours dude.
I had great customer service and needed a chainsaw quickly for a job This company had it to me fast and they were so nice on the phone and the price was right.

"NO CUSTOMER SERVICE"

I ordered a hot tub from this company through eBay. Unfortunately when I processed the sale, I made the mistake of not checking my payment information with eBay. It was processed through PayPal and my bank account was promptly debited. (within 2 minutes) I wrote the seller immediately and told them I wanted to use another form of payment.
I was informed that the order was already processed. I explained, I wanted the hot tub, just change the form of payment. They flatly told me its an eBay or PayPal problem. After wasting hours on the phone with both eBay and PayPal, of course the seller is the one who needs to issue a credit to my bank account and charge the credit card that I wanted to use in the first place. They are unable to do so!
It's a total case of NO customer service at all, stupidity, and ignorance.
I will not use eBay again, nor PayPal and will not recommend VM Innovations no matter how much cheaper they are.

"DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY."

Ordered 2 fog machines as advertised, they delivered 1 machine only. Sent pictures showing their box clearly too small for a second machine and packing material and they refuse to send a second, offer partial refund or make any attempt to resolve. Customer service said take it up with the bank. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

"Damaged goods and refusal to refund after product returned"

Absolutely terrible company. I've never written a review like this before, but after reading about so many other similar experiences from other customers, I had to leave my warning as well. I ordered a mother's day gift from VMInnovations. My mom was thrilled with the raft, but it wouldn't hold air. So we contacted the company, and they said that since it was no longer in stock, they would issue us a refund. We went through their very specific steps of cutting the tube up, paying to ship it to them, etc. Once they had all of our evidence, they refused to refund us the money. No matter how much we disputed this, and provided the documentation where they promised a refund, VMInnovations refuses to honor that agreement. We are now out all of that money, time and effort- and my mom still doesn't have a mother's day gift. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They sent us damaged goods and essentially stole our money. Please go elsewhere. The risk is not worth it with VMInnovations.

"Horrible Return Policy, Faulty Product. Company should cease to exist."

I ordered some Sennheiser headphones and they sent me what they called (open box), to soon find out that meant open and used for a year. You could tell they had been worn for long periods of time from the wear on the ear pads. I tried to return them but they wanted to charge me $17 or get store credit to rip me off again with another falsely advertised product. So far the worst online ordering experience I have ever had, and it unfortunate for small companies everywhere that companies as this exist because I will not be ordering from other small unknown companies anymore. What an unfortunate thing for a company like this to exist.

"Worst return policies, very mediocre products - company should cease to exist"

I purchased a camping tent via Walmart.com, which was actually selling it via their Marketplace from the actual vendor VMInnovations. I did not like the product, took it to Walmart store, but got sent back because it was a 3rd-party online purchase - and was told to deal with VMInnovations directly.
I email them for return, and they gave me a complex set of instructions/rules/options, where I would need to calculate which of the option gives me back the most of my money (all their options make sure that they pocket a decent cut in their pocket).
I would advice everyone to dont even bother shopping with them. Not worth the time and money.

"Damaged Baby Gate"

This company sold us a damaged baby gate. I tried 4 different times to get ahold of customer service to return it and get a new one or get our money back since I paid over $90 for it. I was put through the ringer!! I've never gave someone a terrible review but they deserve it. Don't trust this company. I still paid full price for this gate that is pretty badly damaged and they did nothing for us.

"Broken AC unit"

I purchased an AC unit from these people and they sent me a unit that had a hole through the box, into the evaporator. Needless to say there was no Freon in the unit. This was very noticeable as the outside of the box was damaged. I started a return, but they kept saying they sent an RMA and even ebay said they sent it, and the package was on its way back to them. Well, the package is still in my living room, never received an RMA let alone sent it back. Its been nearly two months in Florida (the hottest months) without an AC unit. I am still trying to no avail to get my money back. Just dont do business with these people. Something is wrong with their customer service.

"REFUND NIGHTMARE"

First and last time EVER DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN. Brought a pool ladder from them through Walmart.com. Never opened or used the item tried to return it and it's becoming a hassle. I paid $40.99 for the ladder to return it to them, I would have to pay my own shipping fee (the lowest price was UPS at $27.93) and they will still deduct $7 from my refund OR have them to send a shipping label to me for $24 deducted from my refund. For an unopened item, I can not even get my FULL REFUND back!! Their whole process is a joke and the absolute worst!!! Beware ordering from them!!! I would not advise

"Terrible product, terrible customer service"

Bought a pool pump sold by VM Innovations that generated "Low Flow" errors on my salt water system after only 2 days of use. VM Innovations refused a return or even an exchange, even though they boast the "highest level of customer service" and state 60-day returns on their listing. Instead, they told me to contact the manufacturer for a warranty claim, instead of swapping out a defective product for a good product after only 2 days, like any reputable retailer would do. My pool has been out of commission for 2 weeks now, and more as I wait for the replacement part from the manufacturer. VMInnovations literally ruined my Summer. Very disappointed with my experience with them with their horrible customer service.
