Alguien se ha quedado sin regalo gracias a esta compañía de transporte. Mi pedido PK149L0410142590139300A no llegó a su tiempo y sigue sin llegar
Ante su respuesta insisto que el seguimiento es muy claro y que la culpa es de ustedes y no de Correos España a la que aún no le ha llegado el paquete que salió de su destino el 21 de diciembre. Por muchos festivos que haya en medio, es tiempo más que de sobra.

Bom dia. No passado dia 20/12 apresentei reclamação junto de vós e da Lookfantastic e foi-me reenviado encomenda feita já há mais de um mês atrás (dia 29/11/2021). No dia 21/12 a Lookfantastic fez reenvio da mesma com o código HUT 1860GB73356697901 com data estimativa de entrega dia 03/01/2022. Quando faço tracking surge informação do dia 03/01 “site scan event code 217 location VENLO, 5928, NL”. Após pesquisar com código dos CTT local DA099339450PT e entrar em contacto com eles, recebi a seguinte resposta “Olá, Rute, eu sou a Elana e estou aqui para ajudar. O objeto em questão ainda não se encontra no nosso circuito postal. Apenas foi criada a guia de transporte, mas fisicamente este ainda não foi enviado. A expedição do objeto é da responsabilidade do cliente expedidor, pelo que sugiro o contacto com o mesmo.”
É a segunda reclamação para a mesma encomenda, encontro-me extremamente aborrecida, não cumprem prazos de entrega nem são um serviço transparente e é concerteza a última vez que faço encomendas naquele site. Péssimo serviço tanto da vossa parte como da Lookfantastic. Solicito informação sobre esta encomenda. Obrigada e um feliz ano!

It's been over two months that I am waiting for this shipment to be delivered ! After many emails etc I can see as per your international tracking number HUT1230GB52017220101 provided that the parcel has been handed to a local partner service in Melbourne Australia. However that too has taken place 15 days ago . When I called local FedEx Office they said this tracking number is not valid and they need a local tracking number. I am exhausted in trying to find where this parcel . Please help asap
