Meine Bestellung ist immernoch nicht angekommen. Ich habe sie am 10.03 bestellt und heute am 22.03 ist noch immer nichts angekommen, da mein Paket anscheinend irgendwo feststeckt. Am 12.03 habe ich die letzte Nachricht erhalten die sagt: Versand unterwegs, auf dem weg zum Ziel. Das ist das einzige was ich bekommen habe und deswegen habe ich auch eine email geschrieben aber leider antwortet noch niemand. Ich hoffe das mein Paket PRO1084GB00011659001 bald ankommt!!

Mi è arrivato un messaggio dicendo che il pacco era stato spedito ad un indirizzo diverso da quello inserito, ho controllato anche nel sito di beautybay e l'indirizzo é inserito correttamente. Non capisco come poter ricevere il pacco visto che l'indirizzo è diverso dal mio.

GLS ha provato a consegnare il pacco con mittente P2P sostenendo di non aver trovato l'indirizzo (ben specificato anche nelle note) ora GLS dice di rivolgersi a voi per richiedere la riconsegna ma non trovo alcun modo per effettuare la richiesta e/o cambiare l'indirizzo di spedizione

J’ai commander sur Lookfantastic le 03 mars, le colis a été expédié le 4 mars et depuis rien !! mon suivi n’est pas du tout mis à jour et le colis n’a pas bougé de BASILDON !
