"Encomenda sem atualizações"

Boa tarde,
Realizei uma encomenda através do site LOOK FANTASTIC, sendo que a mesma foi dividida em duas entregas diferentes. Uma delas ficou encarregue de ser entregue pela vossa transportadora, no entanto, não tenho qualquer atualização desde o dia 8 de março, sendo que a entrega estaria prevista no dia de hoje (11 de Março). O número da encomenda é HUT1860GB52371189401. Agradeço uma atualização da vossa parte, obrigada.

"Entrega atrasada há cerca de 20 dias"

Minha encomenda já era para ter chegado no dia 22/01, mas até agora não a recebi. Já entrei em contato com a empresa que a enviou, a ASOS, que tentou me ajudar, mas como é uma entrega não rastreável, não sabem onde ela está. Já enviei e-mail para a P2P, mas até agora não recebi resposta, já estou achando que minha encomenda foi perdida.

Have 3 orders pack from p2p, 2 last is in transit more then 1 month.
Trying to find website with support, email or any phone contact number. Finally find a phone number, called and answer is write please to email. From email nothing special
Hope p2p worker read my feedback and sent me any information about 3 orders, and why last 2 is more then 1 month in transit.

"FeelUnique January order delayed then fully lost/untracklable"

Apparently many orders from FeelUnique have gotten lost, I'm realising looking at these reviews.

Firstly, although I’m sure you are aware : it is incredibly hard to get hold of you. The email I found online bounced, then all the websites said it’s best to call, so I called in the middle of the working day on a business day and the service was shut, saying I should in fact email at another address instead, and that also bounced. By this point, I really expect an answer, please don’t shrug me off again.

My package was dispatched on 2nd February. It was in transit in Basildon for a few weeks, and since the 12th February has been « on its way to Bring’s terminal ». Then, late February, the tracking info stopped working and I have no idea where the parcel is.

I went into this shopping experience aware that Pandemic + Brexit would cause delays, but I was not prepared for my parcel to be fully lost and my tracking info to become void. Transparency as to delays and mishaps would be better than this hazy, dodgy silence.

Please advise what to do other than the generic "get in touch with the sender" (the parcel was in your centre, at the last news) or "please email this address" (I already have tried).

FINAL UPDATE: P2P delivered this this morning, package looks fine. I am revising my rating to reflect this. Communication can be improved.

Ordered a set of speakers on 15 February 2021 from HK. Tracking link shows this arrived in FEDEX CROSS BORDER PROCESS CENTRE in Basildon on 2 March 2021. On 4 March 2021, the retailer informed me that P2P had informed them that this package had been delivered. This is untrue as the package has not been delivered, the tracking link has not been updated and the FEDEX mainframe cannot locate the parcel which is quite dodgy. There are tons of terrible reviews about P2P UK, please prove them wrong and update me on GER6960GB99341807301. I am this close to submitting a fraud claim with my credit card.
