My order hasn´t moved since February 25 from "Site Scan". It was sent on February 17 and was supposed to arrive until March 2.
Nor LOOKFANTASTIC nor P2P have said anything yet. I have no clue where my order is and neither of them seems willing to provide any information/ don´t respond.
I keep seeing lots of people with exactly the same complaints as myself towards P2P and LOOKFANTASTIC: the orders are stuck at some point, don´t arrive or they say that there was an attempt of delivery which everyone denies.
I guess this is the only way I can get some answer from you.

They answer here but I guess it is for appearance purposes?? Cause they ask me to contact them by e-mail but I already sent two and I got no response.
