"Prince 2 7th Edition"

Poor tutor, fractured course that had entirely different questions in the practice to the final.
Trick questions relating to how people should be dealt with in the "Prince2" style. Open book didn't assist much as questions where ambiguous and deliberately misleading. If you are a PM, don't bother. This course is for for new starters. Information was useful, execution was horrendously poor.

"Unsatisfactory checking-out process at end of exam."

I had no problems with the checking-in process or taking the exam itself. However, at the end, I didn't receive my provisional result as I was lead to expect, and my screen was stuck in a holding mode for around 15 minutes while I was waiting for the proctor to close the exam. I think my proctor changed from the one who spoke to me at the start, as a different person was messaging me in the chat bar, between the end of the exam and my screen going into holding mode.

"Good challenging experience"

The setup process was very straightforward and the proctor was professional and helpful. The exam was challenging and worded differently to other mock exams I had taken but really tested my knowledge and understanding.
