"Technical problems from the off"

Technical problems from the off! Very stringent test conditions in 26 degree c heat waiting for them to rectify the problem causing a significant 25-30 min delay causing unnecessary stress prior to a difficult 2.5 hour exam (3 hours with the delay) by the time I got on to do the exam I was done in. Sure enough I failed the exam and on trying to redeem my second attempt I was informed that it was only valid for the first test in my dual course Foundation & Practitioner course.

Thanks people cert next time instead of offering a second chance test i will just flush the £95.00 down the toilet 👍🏻

"Easy to use, but be ready for the upsell"

It was easy to get help on the chat system when I had a query and the setup for the exam all ran very smoothly. I have dropped a star as I feel it is a bit inappropriate to try to upsell membership literally the moment you complete the exam (in person, by the exam invigilator). It is an emotional situation so think it would be better to perhaps mention that there is the option but that you will send an email, rather than launch into a sales pitch whilst a person is processing the stress of taking an exam.

"Good experience but some content issues"

Good online resources available and the online exam experience was easy. The main problem was that some of the training slides are incorrect and one of the answers on the sample paper was incorrect and these had to be signposted by the trainer. Version 7 has been out a while now and these things should be corrected.

"The invigilator was very helpful but…"

The invigilator was very helpful but the site crashed part way through and it wasn’t clear how to resolve it so the invigilator had to ring me. This was quite stressful and threw me off course so I am marking 3 stars for the helpful staff but no higher as the exam site didn’t give me confidence.

"Actual Exam Experience Good"

The actual exam check in experience etc. went really smoothly. I have no complaints about that at all. The only thing I didn't really like was there was so much information sent by email beforehand with things to do and run through that I felt a bit overwhelmed. Whilst I appreciate it is necessary, I'm not sure if it could be broken down a bit to make it a bit easier to process.

I just sit the itil4 exam with them 13 days ago but they haven’t released the e-certificate to me yet. i have sent emails for many times with no response and talked to live chat which asked me to wait patiently without letting me know when will they provide the next update. In addition, i called them but ended up the call was disconnected due to long wait. What can i do now??
