Good access to resources for the courses I was doing. Informative and navigable website. Some sections of information eg booking an exam were easier to do when refering to the accompanying email.

"Certificazioni annullate dopo 2 mesi dal sostenimento dell’esame "

Sconsiglio assolutamente LanguageCert. Ho sostenuto l’esame scritto nel mese di luglio con un risultato abbastanza alto e a seguito del quale mi è stata rilasciata una certificazione. Cinque giorni fa ho sostenuto l’esame orale; a distanza di due giorni da quest’ultimo mi sono arrivate ben due mail dove mi è stato detto che il mio esame sarebbe stato annullato poiché era stata sospettata “un’assistenza inappropriata” (non segnalata dall’esaminatrice durante lo svolgimento dell’esame stesso) e, a seguito di un riesame dello scritto sostenuto nel mese di luglio, sarebbe stata annullata anche la certificazione già ottenuta. Premetto: la stanza è stata controllata in ogni suo angolo, addirittura mi è stato chiesto di inquadrare il soffitto e di far vedere sotto la scrivania. Ovviamente, non essendo la motivazione da loro data sussistente, ho proposto un ricorso a cui non ho mai ricevuto risposta. Sono solamente dei TRUFFATORI! Senza alcun dubbio agirò per vie legali per danni subiti e subendi.

"Awful customer service and processes"

Had asked about extra time in the exam due to learning difficulty and my emails got ignored. I phoned up for advice and sent through all the information requested from me and told to wait 5 business days.

After 8, I enquired again only to have my emails ignored again and then on business day 11 they stated I needed to do a different process which would take at least another 5 business days to review.
Customer service and processes are extremely underwhelming and frustrating. Once they receive their money, they don't seem to care.

Also the examiner was 30 minutes late to my exam!

I'd recommend going with any other provider!

Taking the exam was really easy, the proctor was helpful at answering any questions

You recently took an exam with us and the proctors identified some anomalies that were flagged as potential malpractice.  Your examination has therefore been sent to the LanguageCert Quality Team for additional scrutiny.    I received this message today about my test. Should I be worried about this? As far as I know, I did not cheat on the exam.

"Exam Proctor Was Great!"

I did PRINCE2 Exam online at home. Despite doing all the initial checks there was a problem with my connecting properly with the exam proctor. I ended up starting the exam 25 mins than the time I broke, but the exam proctor was extremely good, she told exactly what I needed to do and waited for me to come back online and go through the check in process again. The easier thing would have been to make me do the exam another time, but she persisted and we got there in the end.
