Website lädt langsam und ist so unübersichtlich wie nur möglich.
Schlimmste Prüfungssoftware, die ich je erleben musste: Jeder Klick dauert UNGELOGEN eine halbe Minute, bis er registriert wird, die Prüfer können kaum Deutsch und hauen direkt bei Prüfungsbeginn einfach ab und antworten nicht mehr im Chat, man sitzt da und bekommt Angst, dass man deswegen durchfällt. Man muss selber zusehen, dass man die Seite neu lädt und sich bei einem neuen Prüfer anmeldet.

"Personally very disappointed"
Personally very disappointed in PeopleCert, their ExamShield system worked in my laptop for Foundation but not fir my 1st attempt at Practitioner. Spent 45 minutes with their London support to get on board. Was then told I wouldn't lose any time as if starting 45 minutes late would have no effect on me as a candidate. Mid way through my exam I get a "to be signed for" parcel delivery which is real life and advise the invigilator that I have to step away for a minute or two, only to have my exam stopped completely and an argument over my indiscretion!!!! Surprised I failed, well no, I had been at A&E overnight with my eldest son, heart attack, through in the loss of my wife some 6 weeks earlier, and asked for a bit if compassion. With People Cert you are joking, not a chance. Excessively commercial. Apparently no "real world" experience or consideration of the outside the classroom environments that we actually live in.

"Patient and understanding"
PeopleCert were great! I wrote an exam that was really stressing me out. The internet disconnected and I immediately got a call to check in and help out. The invigilator was understanding, patient and very professional as I sat panicking in front of my camera. Thank you for making a stressful situation better!

"Poor customer support"
I have taken several certification exams with PeopleCert, and despite passing each one, my name consistently fails to appear in the Successful Candidate Register. This recurring issue is frustrating and concerning, as it undermines the value of the certifications I’ve worked hard to earn. The most disappointing aspect is the complete lack of support from their team. I've opened multiple incident tickets, but the support team has been unhelpful, unresponsive, and unable to resolve the issue. They ignore my tickets and fail to provide any updates or solutions. This experience has been extremely frustrating and unprofessional, and I cannot recommend PeopleCert to anyone seeking reliable certification services.

"Enjoyable but very intense course"
Enjoyed the course however it was extremely intense with a lot of materials to read, absorb and in some cases, memorise. A lot is geared towards passing the exams which is fine in one way, but there could've been a lot more done to encourage team work and more general discussion within the group - this would've benefitted me.

3 days intensive training with a lot of material to digest and absorb was always going to be a challenge but the QA trainer definately made it interesting and engaged everyone at various points, the 10 minute breaks and lunch were always welcome, I have no regrets and I passed my exam with flying colours.
Looking forward to attending the next course.

Die Art und Weise des rein kommerziellen Spiels mit menschlichen Versagensängsten um zusätzliches Geld zu machen halte ich für ausbeuterisch und lässt mich stark an die Glaubwürdigkeit der Organisation Peoplecert zweifeln.
Das man nur vor dem ersten Examen eine „Zweitchance“ (Take2) für 100,-€ kaufen kann ist schlicht und ergreifend unlauter.
Die deutsche Übersetzung der Fragen und Antworten sind nicht perfekt, das Examen ist trotzdem im ersten Versuch machbar.
Die zwei Sterne sind für das gute Lernbuch.

Terrible company!
There website has alot of lag plus they will charge you extra for everything.
If you wish to appeal anything, this will cost you £85 to open a appeal.
I booked a exam for 16:40 UTC.
Which is 17:40 in my local time.
I turned up at 17:40 to find out it was 16:40 in my local time which is BST. I had to pay £115 to rebook.
Maybe I didn't understand, but they wrote it in a way which was open to misinterpretation.
