"Poorly worded questions!"

I have passed my Foundation level exam for Prince2 in project management, but I consider myself lucky to have passed given the way that the questions are worded. The exam indicates "There are no trick questions" before you start and I now find that hard to believe. Having to read a question 5 times on many occasions to understand what you are being asked is an extremely poor experience. The answers are sometimes no better! I hope that the question sets are given consideration for those who take this exam in the future, as some may not be so lucky.

"Shambles"

the compatability test indicated the system was fine but upon trying to start the exam I was unable to begin due to using a corporate laptop and the restrictions involved. This had not been indicated on the compatability test and resulted in a 40 min (stressfull) delay while I tried to get support. Eventually I used my own laptop that I happened to have with me but it being a Mac required further config to allow it to be supported in the exam. Further more the envigulator wanted to see my office door and wouldn't allow any monitors on the desk. This is a work environment and I have to clear the desk of hardware.

"Fake advertisement"

I have signed Peoplecert Plus Membership in order to extend my ITIL 4 Managing Professional certification, but customer Service says my certification Will not be extended because I have signed the monthly plan first.
The information on your website is not clear.

"Ridiculously poorly worded questions"

Ridiculously poorly worded questions. Terminology was used in the questions that doesn’t come up in the text book or learning materials (I’ve checked post exam). Very strange for a course that is EXTREMELY specific emphasising that exact wording and terminology is used throughout (PRINCE-2). It’s like you don’t want people to pass. Not a bitter review as I did pass the exam - you just need better people writing your questions and to align them to the text book.

Service Value... bei PeopleCert ironischerweise nicht vorhanden! Die Prozedur vor Prüfungsbeginn ist absurd, man könnte meinen, man wird beim KGB oder der CIA eingestellt. Mitarbeiter die kaum Deutsch sprechen, Setting-Vorgaben die wirklich unterste Schublade sind, telweise sind die Prüfungsfragen sehr schlecht verständlich (miserable Übersetzung)! Dies war wohl meine letzte ITIL Foundation Zertifizierung, ohnehin wurde im 2023 für die Foundation ein Ablaufdatum von 3 Jahre gesetzt... riesen Affentheater für diesen - eigentlich - wertlosen Stück Papier! Lernaufwand 8h autodidaktisch (übrigens mit 80% bestanden) ... sagt schon Alles! Bin gespannt, ob das Zertifikat noch kommt.

" Versteckte Gebühren für LinkedIn-Credentials nach bestandener PRINCE-Prüfung – Unverschämt und inakzeptabel"

Ich habe bereits in der Vergangenheit ITIL-Zertifikate über PeopleCert erworben und immer einen Credential-Link erhalten, den ich problemlos auf LinkedIn teilen konnte. Dieser Service war kostenlos und eine großartige Möglichkeit, meine Zertifikate öffentlich sichtbar zu machen.

Letzte Woche habe ich die PRINCE-Prüfung abgelegt und bestanden, aber diesmal wurde mir kein Credential-Link für LinkedIn zugeschickt. Als ich den Kundenservice kontaktierte, wurde mir gesagt, dass ich eine Plus-Mitgliedschaft kaufen müsse, um den Credential-Link zu erhalten. Das ist aus meiner Sicht eine absolute Frechheit und wirkt wie ein Täuschungsversuch.

Warum sollte ich erneut zahlen müssen, um einen Link zu teilen, der normalerweise im Prüfungspaket enthalten sein sollte? Das wirkt wie ein verstecktes Gebührenmodell, bei dem Kunden nach der Prüfung gezwungen werden, zusätzliche Mitgliedschaften zu kaufen, um etwas zu erhalten, das früher kostenlos war.

Ich habe bereits für die Prüfung bezahlt und bin nicht bereit, weitere Kosten für einen simplen Credential-Link zu tragen. Es fühlt sich an wie eine Abzocke und ich rate jedem, der überlegt, sich bei PeopleCert zertifizieren zu lassen, sich das gut zu überlegen. Kundenservice war auch keine große Hilfe, sondern hat lediglich versucht, mir die Plus-Mitgliedschaft zu verkaufen.

Fazit: Hände weg von PeopleCert, wenn ihr nicht bereit seid, für jeden kleinen Zusatzservice extra zu bezahlen. Sehr enttäuschend!

system isn't user friendly,
the pre-exam checks are misleading as it asks you to do various system checks which say yes all good then actual exam doesn't work.

"I purchased one of the self study exams and they won't release my results!!!"

I purchased one of the self study exams for ITIL practitioner and they won't release my exam results because I'm missing a letter for course completion.
I've tried multiple times with their customer service to understand how I'm supposed to get that if I took the course THROUGH THEM.
Responses have been either rude or completely unhelpful.
They're holding my exam results hostage even though I studied with all the materials THEY provided.
