"Poor professionalism"
It’s been a month and a half, and I am still waiting for my deposit! First they asked for the landlord to confirm deposit release, and promptly ignored the email they received from him. Then they asked for the letting agency to confirm deposit release. I asked to confirm they have the right bank details-which I had sent in a previous correspondence to my “case handler” and they still didn’t send the deposit when I waited 5 working days for its release then ANOTHER 7 days for it to get to my bank account. The reason? Wrong bank details! They then had the audacity to try and blame me for that error- and I had to point out exactly when I gave them the correct details. Please use any other deposit scheme landlords, no one wants to wait months to get a deposit back that should legally take 11 days to get to us tenants

They treat landlord badly and unfairly, the online uploading system is 3rd world kind, customer service officers behaving disgusting, and the worst is the arbitration which is a shameful practice of bullying landlord and find hole when there isn't even any hole to victimize landlord. Shame to them!!!
