Absolutely shocking company !! My dispute was raised in July it is now October and they have given the landlord 20 working days to sort his evidence on top of the three months it’s taken them to action anything!!
I’ve called this company many of times and it’s the same thing every time I will get your case manager to call you back to date I have not received any call from them !! It’s disgusting how their staff handle customers!! They put the landlord first over the tenant and favour the landlord IF YOU ARE THIKING OF USING THIS COMPANY DONT BOTHER YOU WILL REGRET IT !
I have sent a details complaint to the housing ombudsman & my local mp!!
I will take as far as possible to ensure these cowboys do not leave other tenants in my sistuation

"For anyone struggling to log in"
For anyone struggling to log in - when you reset your password, you have to remember your Memorable Word (if you could remember that, you'd probably remember your password! But I got my guess right).
You then reset your password. But here's the key - your email address isn't your username. When resetting the password, it lets you choose Username or Email Address. But when you go to log in, it's only Username.
So unless you remember both your Memorable Word, and your Username, you're not getting in. Knowing your email address only gets you to resetting a password which you then can't use.
What sort of daft system is this? No wonder they're so behind on responding to emails. And this is to return someone's deposit! Not to get into internet banking.

"I would give My Deposits zero stars if…"
I would give My Deposits zero stars if given the option! I am not getting any response to my emails to MyDeposits, Live Chat doesnt work and I am holding on the phone for a very long time - not yet been able to get through! I am a landlord - my tenant has disputed the deposit I propose with holding - I completed the information and evidence on 31 August but the status online still says 'awaiting landlord evidence' - I was told when I called a week later that means no one has picked up the case yet? A month down the road and I still havent heard anything!!!!!!! Very frustrating.

I REALLY WOULD LIKE TO GIVE THIS COMPANY NO STARS BUT SADLY THIS IS NOT AN OPTION. IF YOU ARE A TENANT I WOULD STRONGLY ADVISE NOT USING THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR DEPOSIT. THIS COMPANY DID NOT DEAL WITH MY DEPOSIT DISPUTE WITH MY EX-LANDLORD. THIS COMPANY HAS SHOWN FAVOURITISM TO THE LANDLORD BY GRANTING AN EXTENSION OF TIME BEYOND THE 20 DAYS DEADLINE TO SUBMIT EVIDENCE. I WAS NOT CONSULTED. THIS COMPANY IS ALSO EXTREMELY SLOW WITH ADMIN AND VERY UNPROACTIVE IN PROGRESSING DISPUTES. THIS COMPANY HAS MISSED DEADLINES AND TIMESCALES. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY WHATSOEVER THEY ARE GROSSLY INEPT AND INCOMPETENT AND SHOW FAVOURITISM TOWARDS LANDLORDS
IN RESPONSE TO MYDEPOSITS REPLY I REITERATE THAT MYDEPOSITS HAVE SHOWN FAVOURITISM TO THE LANDLORD IN SUBMITTING EVIDENCE BEYOND 20 WORKING DAYS DEADLINE. MYDEPOSITS ARE NOT ACTING IMPARTIALLY BECAUSE I WAS NOT CONTACTED TO AGREE TO AN EXTENSION OF TIME. I SHOULD HAVE BEEN CONSULTED AND I WAS NOT. I HAVE ALSO SENT MYDEPOSITS 3 COMPLAINT EMAILS ONE WEEK AGO AND NOTE NONE HAVE BEEN REPLIED. THE SERVICE I AM RECEIVING IS NON-EXISITENT AND THIS COMPANY SHOULD NOT BE USED.

"Just no response at all"
Just no response at all. Automated aspect worked fine for the undisputed amount but the disputed part hasn’t moved at all despite being past the 14 days.
Will be reporting this lack of resolution or even basic human reply to the regulators.
