"My Deposits staff offered invaluable assistance"

I was able to navigate the site only with help from a staff member, Darren Kitchenside, who guided me through the process to release a deposit. Once I had Darren on the other end of the phone, it was relatively straightforward. Staff were very polite and helpful. I would certainly recommend My Deposits to other landlords.

"Tenant biased. Avoid"

Tenant biased. Indisputable, detailed evidence provided of tenant negligence and damage. Still awarded most of deposit to tenant.
Took nearly 2 months for process. Wasted so much of my time as a landlord providing all the info. Very biased against landlords. Go elsewhere.

"i have been dealing with Darren…"

i have been dealing with Darren Kitchenside in order to move my account from an old company to the new one. It had taken at least 3 months contacting a number of his colleagues without success, Darren managed to have this sorted out within a day. he has bee the most helpful and friendly person to deal with. he is an asset the the company. I would recommend if anyone is having difficulty with My Deposits they contact Darren for assistance

My wife and I have been working overseas and have been having some difficulty in recovering our deposit, with many many thanks and much gratitude to "BECKIE" with the most calming UK (Liverpool) accent we have managed to recover our deposit and continue our family journey.

Please pass our thanks an gratitude to her and your staff who via the chat were able to connect us to our account.

My wife and I will be returning to the UK shortly and possibly returning to our former address with Stephen and Christine our landlords, and hopefully yourselves at myDeposit, who have proved to be one of the UK's rental deposit companies who actually DO what they claim on their website:

"Beckie" has more than achieved this today not only with a very friendly manner along with her brevity, verbal RSVP (google military communications for the alternate meaning), if you are looking for an exemplar of customer service, then look no further than Beckie, if she deserves a holiday, we are working for a UK sailing holiday company and have some spare capacity for very deserving individuals and their families.

"I have raised a dispute and l am still…"

I have raised a dispute and l am still waiting for them to resolve it.
I rented a property back to November 2021, moved out in May 2022, still waiting to get my deposit back.
This process is taking too long and l have not warranty if l will get it soon or later.
The process is too complicated and slow, l have provided too many evidences and still waiting to be contacted by my deposit people. Nobody has contacted me regarding my dispute. Frustrating !!
I Need the money( deposit) to pay my bills.?! Who can help me ???

"Avoid at all cost"

Avoid at all cost as impossible to get the tenancy deposits transferred out of their hands. Customer service don't respond to emails and if phone they promise to call back and don't. They give an impossible list of what needs to be done in order for them to investigate what is quite a simple situation. There are much better companies to hold tenancy deposits.

"Avoid this company if you are a Landlord"

I am a landlord of a property, and although they were provided with all the facts and information they still returned the deposit to the tenant. They offer a good service for a tenant but a very poor service for a landlord and their timescales to respond are terrible.
Would not recommend if you are a landlord - find someone better. You have been warned.
