As a Landlord both myself and my tenant requested the return of their deposit upon leaving my property l received an automated response to my request and after 3 weeks waiting they are still waiting for this to be refunded.
I find that this is totally unacceptable when there are no issues from either parties so why is this company holding onto monies that do not belong to them ?
