"These guys are an absolute joke"
These guys are an absolute joke, avoid them if you can! We had no choice as they were appointed by the estate agents without our knowledge. The landlord and ourselves (tenants) had to wait months for a non disputed deposit refund. Each time we called, it was never a positive experience or outcome. In the end we both called and emailed MyDeposits 10 times a day minimum. They are very unprofessional and I certainly do not recommend them. I’m annoyed that I feel compelled to write this negative review.
