I had a query on time frames with Ross on the chat function. He notified me clearly what the next steps of my dispute would be. So far, a good experience.

If you are a landlord, stay well clear of this deposit scheme. Our tenant ruined our house. Broken windows, window handles, door handles, doors hanging off their hinges, left a skip full of rubbish, had a large dog with a condition in her tenancy that a full deep clean would be carried out when they left, this was never done. The front and rear gardens were ruined etc. We disputed release of the deposit and provided evidence to support our claim. The tenant left no evidence or disputed our claim yet somehow this system awarded us a mere £140 out of £1000.00.
It will cost us in excess of £3000 to return our property to the condition it was when our tenant started their tenancy.
Do not use this deposit scheme in any event
