The chair arrived in great condition and was well packaged.

The chair was delivered in time and albeit broke after a week, it was replaced promptly with another one. Generally great service and happy that some of the office chairs are being recycled.

Great products and price, no doubt about that, but do read the small print about delivery before ordering. I ordered a desk and chair on 10 May and it was finally delivered on 12 June, one month later. But they are worth the wait. The condition is better than I thought.
