The product was great but lacked instructions. It would have been helpful to know how the additional items (excluding the headrest) fitted on the chair.

Did a google search and this company is one of the top searches with a flashy website. Picked the chair 10 day deliver stated. Very poor on updates for orders and delivery, so contacted them. Advised to wait 10 days, so did. Then went beyond 10 days and start e-mailing them. They did respond but with vague answered and not really telling you what is happening and when the chair is actually coming, after a couple of attempts. I then came here to read reviews and saw I was not alone in my issues. I have asked for a refund now as looks like I wont get a chair anytime soon and concerns over quality.

For some time I have been looking for a new desk for my home office, you have either really cheap desks that look rubbish or the more expensive desks look great but over priced.

I found the The Office Crowd, got a Herman Miller desk and a Steelcase pedestal for under £200.

Ordered a week before Christmas, spoke to Rebecca in customer support to confirm delivery and all is great.

The desk turned up exactly when Rebecca said it will, the desk and pedestal are in great shape and overall a positive experience.

I was put off initially by some of the reviews, but I think most of them are from a lack of understanding of the time frames as each desk is refurbished on demand.

For my growing business, i will keel The Office Crowd bookmarked to always come back to when i need to expand.

"Poor delivery and not built properly"

I’m not particularly happy with this. First of all, I had to wait a really long time to actually get the chair, but as they refurbish it, I can understand this, somewhat (even though it was ages!).

However, delivery aside, my biggest issue is that when the chair arrived, so much of it was loose or not tightened properly and I don’t have the tools or knowledge to rectify this. So really I am left with a loose rattly chair.

Sorry but I would not recommend.

Ordered a chair in December 24 and this was done whereby I made an offer which was accepted online. Someone must be actively operating this web page but anyway no chair and all contact via customer services email address bounces back and telephone calls go to voice mail. This company was placed into insolvency with Begbies Traynor around a year ago in Jan 24. Do not use this website the company no longer exists.
