I was subscribed to Knotty Knickers for a year, and thought they were great up until now.
I moved and changed my address on the website but it still sent my package to my old address, which i cannot go to.
I figured maybe I accidentally didn't hit save and said oh well, But then I changed my address again, and it STILL sent to my old address. So i’ve wasted my money twice now for no reason. I sent them an email and they were not helpful AT ALL. I asked them to send it to my new address and they told me that there was nothing they
could do, that they cannot cancel an order that had been sent out. I emailed them again asking them to send me a refund or i will not be supporting them anymore. They emailed back saying that my order has already been processed and they cant change or amend anything. Then they said that if my order was the wrong size or not a good fit that they would offer me a one time discount of 10% off which was totally unrelated.
Really pissed off right now because ive wasted my money for no reason and they weren't helpful at all.

These are not worth the money, nice colours bit that's it. They are not good quality and each pair come in a seperate plastic packaging. Have had several shipments and none are great. Also difficult to cancel, I have cancelled online and emailed and yet every so often money is taken again

I had been impressed with them when they were a new company, mainly because of the amazing customer service. I took a break from them for a bit because the quality of the products was pretty low, then tried again a year ago. Over the last year of bimonthly shipments I've had to contact them about missing packages twice. The customer service has gone through the floor. I was blown away at how awful they've become. On the last one, some extras I ordered to take on a holiday, the package never showed up so I contacted them about it and they wasted days asking me the same questions over and over again, each question is own email, taking a full day to respond to my answers "Did you check your mailbox?", "Did you check with the post office?", "Can you confirm your address but sending us a picture of mail that actually showed up?" (Keep in mind they've gotten packages to this address before). Then they wanted time to "investigate" by this point it was clear that the order wasn't coming in holiday with me and I needed to go do some in person shopping before my trip. I asked them to cancel and refund the order rather than reship. They refused. They say they reshipped and never found the original order. I eventually got home from my holiday to find a package that had been opened, taped shut again, and opened again. Package was delivered wide open along the side of the envelope. By the time they finally got my package to me, it had been two months and my next billing date was upon us. They won't track a package of you've cancelled your subscription, so by taking so long to sort out the problem (not to my satisfaction) they forced me to buy another package despite the fact that I'd told them several times in the process that I wanted to cancel my subscription as soon as the missing package was sorted. When I mentioned this issue to them they said they couldn't cancel the order and refused to address my complaints about the process in any way.

I joined Knotty Knickers In September, 2020.
I was happy with my first order, until I was charged for my next order in March and NEVER received it!
I reached out to the company multiple times and never got a response.
As a working mother, it slipped my mind until a few months later I get charged again.
I yet again write them and ask for a refund and a cancellation. I also reminded them of the incident in March.
They then, offered me a discount and would not cancel or refund my order.
I had to dispute through my bank and cancel further charges.
DO NOT do business with these people. They are thieves and will rob you.

If I could give them 0 stars i would. My first subscription never came. I emailed their customer service and they asked me if I checked my mailbox. Um.. are you serious? Yes, I check my mailbox you fools. Where else do i get my mail from? They claimed they resent it, but again.. did not receive anything. They're pretty good with taking your money though. So.. that's a thing. I was a new member and cancelled after 1 month.

"DON'T BUY!!!"
This company has low quality underwear. They also have TERRIBLE customer service. My order did not make it to me because the company did not pay the correct postage on the package and the post office is returning to sender. Now they have several times for a MONTH told me once the package comes back they will reship but that my issue is with USPS not with them. WHAT?!?! So I paid them for this order but they screwed up and are keeping my money. Meanigless to say, I've canceled my subscription and will take my business elsewhere.

"I recommend, recommend, recommend"
My husband got me a subscription when covid first hit and affected the works knowing I wouldnt be able to cross the border to purchase the under I so much loved. He knew my preferences so once I got my first set in the mail I fell in love. They are true to size so if you want give I'd go a size up, especially with lace. When I gor off birth control we tried the "period panties" honestly so good!!! They are double layered and thick. I have no fear knowing these panties save the day since my periods are spratic.

"Absolutely avoid."
The sizes are way too small for what they should be on about 80% of the items I have received. I'm having to literally argue over email for this subscription to be cancelled as I can't seem to find the option to online. I have contacted them in January on Facebook to be told to email them, I have emailed them in July and it's honestly like they don't even bother listening to the customer and will do everything they can to stop you leaving, everything but providing good customer experience. Personally unless you are below size 16/18 I wouldn't bother, it's not worth it and unbelievably hard to cancel.

Do NOT recommend! What a terrible experience!
Everything I got was uncomfortable. I canceled my subscription and deleted my account in July 2021. Their support team insists I still have a subscription on an account that has been deactivated, one I can no longer access. They are still charging my credit card without my permission. Thought I would share because they don't allow reviews on any of their social media platforms, blocked me from commenting on any of their posts and well.. if your thinking about it, just don't, there are so many other reputable subscription companies.
