"I started a subscription with them"

I started a subscription with them. I immediately informed them of the style & colors that I do not want. What did I get in my order? Yup, only the style & colors I don't want. Ugh! Why should I pay for something monthly if I'm not going to get what I want?
I immediately cancelled.
Also, the quality of the panties I did receive is very poor. They are all cheap material which is not good for our sensitive lady parts!

"So I got my first shipment"

So I got my first shipment. They seem cute enough, but I don't think they will fit me. One of the thongs I received had a small stain on the front of it. They come individually wrapped but they smell horrible. They get 1 star for charging the actual cost for shipping. I wish I saw these reviews before I ordered in the first place.

"Extremely poor quality"

Extremely poor quality. Don't waste your money or time. Looks like it was made to be sold at the dollar store. To cancel scroll to the right under subscriptions for your profile in the far right in white is the cancel button.

"Do not buy, buyer beware!"

I received my first order, the panties were just ok. The second month, I didn't receive my panties. They don't have a 1800 number, so you must email them. It takes forever for them to get back you, then they lie! The first email they told me they mail my package out on May 3rd, so I should have it by May 11th. So May 11th came and went. I emailed them again on May 16th, it took forever for them to get back with me on package. They then told me that Customs had my package and in order for Customs to release my package and send it to me I had to pay like $4 more. So long story short I never received my package and I did not get my money back. This company is a scam!

"A great experience."

I'm not sure what anyone else on here is referring to, my experience with Knotty was amazing. I received my order quickly, and I'm very impressed with the designs and quality. I'll be recommending Knotty to my friends. I think most of the negative reviews are more to do with delays from COVID...because I have nothing but good things to say about this company.

"Avoid the USA line at least."

Yeah, just don't do it. I ordered and the first month never came. The 2nd month came and I wasn't to unpleased. However, they now took 2 months of money for 3 pairs. The 3rd was set to arrive and they took out the money but didn't pay the shipping. So in order for me to receive it, I had to pay my mailman and additional $3. What was typically $13 a month with shipping turned into $16. Then I get the exact same underwear the following month. Their website is designed so that you can't figure out how to cancel. They make all lettering white so you don't think it is a click able source. Over all very unsatisfied and glad I cancelled.

"DO NOT BUY"

DO NOT BUY. IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS AND SUE I WOULD. I spent over a month and half attempting to get my order or a refund, but they stopped responding to my emails. So, I decided maybe I would post on Facebook about it to keep other people from the same mistake. Now, they have deleted my comment and blocked me from commenting again or messaging them. This is what I said:

I know they're cute, but DO NOT buy. This is a scam. They will not send you your product, say it's been delivered, refuse to give you a shipping number but demand you talk to USPS, refuse to give you a refund, and ignore your emails. Oh, and in case you'd like to keep that from happening to you again if it happens to you once, if you cancel your account you can no longer request a refund or replacement for any orders you had while your account was active. 🙃 Judging from reviews I found elsewhere, they will claim I am lying, but feel free to DM and I will send you screenshots of my emails and screenshots of the tons of people posting on other review sites about this same issue. I've been trying to get my order or money back for over a month now. I never, ever cause any sort of conflict or post bad reviews, but I just don't want anyone to make the same mistake I did. 🤷

"Worst Quality Product I've Ever Tried"

I had a subscription about a year ago, and while I never had issue with receiving my orders, the quality was so horrible I canceled after a few months of hoping it was just a bad batch. The sizing was way too small. I'm normally a M but even the XL panties could barely get past my thighs. The stitching was always coming undone, the crotch of the panties was always barely stitched on and they always fall apart after one or two wears. I even had a few pairs that came out of the packaging already ripped apart. You could staple together some old rags and have a more quality pair of underwear than what Knotty Knickers sends you. Even Wish is better honestly. It's also super cheap, super uncomfortable fabric. All the positive reviews are paid and fake, so don't believe them.

"Wish I could give 0 stars"

Wish I could give 0 stars. I generally wear a 2x-3x. Out of 3 shipments 1 pair has fit me. I've tried to cancel and can't via their website. When reaching out to customer service you will get a prewritten response. They do not care about your issue. I have tried for over a month to cancel. They just keep saying I have to do it through their website but I have clicked on absolutely everything clickable and there is no cancel option. I was billed again and have written them threatening to turn them in for fraud. How is it legal that I have contacted them that I no longer want their service yet they keep billing me? This is the biggest sham of a company, stay away.....far away. After many days and hours of trying to cancel, I finally figured out how. Under manage subscriptions, scroll over to the right. The edit/cancel button is totally unseen unless you do, no doubt on purpose. Hope this helps someone.
